There's also an area for foam balls to fly out of a machine for kids to play and they were filled with the plastic ball put ones so it wasn't really working. I brought it up to staff and they just shrugged it off and said kids take them and so they are probably all around the place in ball pits. (Again we came at opening). So that particular area doesnt really function as intended, because it has a drop down basket for the foam balls and cannons to shoot the balls from. Overall it is just looking more run down each time we have gone and by this point it seems like it wasn't accidental. It's a shame because I have fond memories going when my oldest was a baby and that's why I don't give it a lower rating.

Just keep your receipt and show them at the front when you return and they will let you back in, which is super helpful if you need a break or have to step out for a bit.
