This place is an absolute scam of an establishment. Not only are the policies weird and the owners can be rude, but it's also all the little things that really add up. Starting with the fact that they are beyond unaccommodating, unhelpful, and honestly just disinterested. When I asked about setting up, I was told there was a $50 fee for only 15-30 minutes of setup time, and absolutely no one else could come in to help. Not only is the upcharge crazy, but they act like this is some highly sought-after, fully equipped venue. The place itself was honestly grim and lacking in so many ways. It's a very small venue with literally almost nothing in it. There's a random basketball hoop, a bounce house, and everything else is extremely sparse. For the price they charge, I expected so much more. It really does not feel worth the money at all. I will say, the girls in the front were very sweet, and it was actually really nice talking to them. Unfortunately, that was probably the only positive part of the experience. As for the rest of this place, seriously, save your money. There is barely anything there, and I personally wouldn't even feel comfortable calling it a safe place for kids. There don't seem to be cameras covering all of the exits, and the men's bathroom is literally right next to where all the children are playing, which could easily become an issue. Had my son's 2nd birthday today and it was beyond amazing. A lot of party planning is stressful.. from finding and booking a venue, managing the guest list, coordinating food and drinks, decorations etc, but wacky Kidz took so much off my plate. Calling to book was so easy.. the lady was extremely pleasant and even kept in contact with me via text for any questions we had. When we arrived the staff helped unload the car and while I was trying to wrangle kids into the building they had almost finished setting up the decorations. They helped stocked the fridge, arrange the food as it arrived, and kept the party on track so we were able to take full advantage of our time. While planning this party I was fully prepared to be running around like a crazy person but because of wacky Kidz I had nothing else to do but relax and enjoy. 10/10 would recommend!! read more

I had my Grandson's 5th Birthday party this past Saturday and I HIGHLY recommend this venue. They are so accommodating, venue was neat & clean and the staff was extremely helpful. I absolutely cannot recommend this awesome establishment enough! Please please please do not believe all these negative reviews! We had my son's first birthday party there today and oh my goodness what a wonderful time we had! The staff was beyond helpful! They helped us unload the vehicle, decorate everything,cut the cake, open the presents, pack everything up and load the car. They passed out drinks to all of our guests and were beyond accommodating. The facility was very clean and everything was really nice! Our friends and family had such a great time! We will definitely be back next year! I booked a birthday party for my two kids at Wacky Kidz and it turned out to be the worst experience imaginable. The lady claiming to be the owner displayed shockingly poor customer service and lacked basic common sense. Upon arrival, she was glued to her phone, neglecting any assistance or cleanliness of the venue. Instead, she focused on making guests sign waivers, including parents of infants who clearly weren't going to partake in any activities. This lack of attention to detail was just the beginning of the nightmare. As the party progressed, the owner's rude behavior became increasingly apparent. She was hostile about guest counts, demanding extra payment $20 per person and even threatened to call 911 when I questioned her surprise price mid-party. She was the only person present at venue, no additional help no upkeep nothing. Please know that we paid the $800 up front before party. The lady was extremely disrespectful since we arrived. I told her numerous times she was making me feel extremely uncomfortable and to back of and we could discuss extra fees she wanted to charge after party not in front of guests. Her screaming and humiliating demeanor forced my family to leave, tarnishing what should have been a joyous celebration. It's clear that she prioritizes squeezing every penny out of customers over providing even a basic level of customer service. It was an extremely painful and humiliating experience. Save yourself the trouble and avoid booking this venue at all costs. Zero assistance, zero regard for customer satisfaction. This was by far the worst experience I've ever encountered. Our kid had the BEST time, and he has been looking forward to this for years. Since the pandemic, this is the first birthday he's been able to have at a venue, and it exceeded his expectations. I'll have a hard time convincing him to do anything less than the fun, attentiveness, and happiness he had at Wacky Kidz today! I had high hopes for this venue and all was going well until my son woke with a fever the day before his party. I spoke with the owner about my options for rescheduling the party. The week of his party as well as the following week were all booked. I told her that is fine...Instead I would like to apply my deposit to a future party for my other child with a birthday coming up in 4 months and cut my losses with this party. The owner told me that was not an option and that I had 30 days to book my sick child's party...falling in the month of December, the busiest month of the year. I explained to her that I checked with my friends and family and if I host a party in December less than half of the guests will come. I told her the options she's giving me are to: A) Host the party with my sick son and infect everyone B) Host a party several weeks after the fact that no one will attend or C) Let her keep my $160 deposit and have no party at all. While I understand that she has a business to run, I fail to see why she will not allow me to book the party in 4 months in the place of this party. She explained that her rates are going up in the new year and I told her I am more than happy to pay the difference in rates to host a party in 4 months. She refused to work with me. I feel that it's extremely poor customer service to back me into a corner with these terrible options showing zero compassion for my sick child who will be missing his first birthday party. I've held many birthday parties over the years for my children at all the familiar San Antonio kids party spots and Wacky Kidz, hands down, has been the best venue and best customer service I have ever experienced. Stella and her assistant made sure that we did not lift a finger and the party went off without a hitch. I'm so impressed her attention to detail and anticipating our every need. My son and his guests had a great time at Wacky Kidz for his 9th birthday party!!! Our 2 hostesses Alyssa and Eliza or Aliza (I'm not sure of spelling) were both amazing and attentive. They helped us keep our party paced, they helped us decorate, they served the food and cake. They helped round everyone up when it was time to eat and cut the cake. Both ladies had great demeanor and energy with everyone. We received compliments from parents about how great everything was and it was obvious that all the kids had a great time as well. My son celebrated his 2nd birthday here and he had a great time! My favorite part about this venue is that it's private, so only people you invite are allowed to be there. (This was important to me because of Covid.) There's a toddler area, jump house, basketball court, shuffle board and video game station for the older kids. My party was set for sat at 1-3. We were able to go in a bit early to set up. They had two helpers that put out the table cloths and set out my cupcakes. The owner/manager helped with the placement of the goody bags and welcomed all the parents and kids. They suggested we cool our drinks before hand and had a glass fridge available for use. The kids AND parents had a blast playing the games. The owner/manager helped me keep on time for the things I wanted to do. They had a lighter for the candles and helped my daughter with the trash from the presents. When it was time to head out, they helped with pack up and helped me to my car. I offered them a tip but she said there was no need, but I tipped the girls that helped me anyways. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a place for all ages. read more

We attended a party here before and thought it would be perfect for our son's birthday. The venue fit our 40 guests really well. From load in to load out the owners/workers were super helpful.
