My family went around 2pm and I only saw 2 employees. It was so busy for 2 girls one stayed the whole time in the booth when the other short very cute and respectful young lady was running from one place to another. I believe that there should have been at least one more person and things would have been better. But the employees did a great job. Unnecessarily Nit picky staff I can understand stand with the rules per the limit of 5 attempts per hole because of how to keep people moving and have a smooth flow of things but when I went in on a work/school day chill for a random chill and hang there was maybe 4-6 other groups that were dispersed around the facility but the staff had no patience for the 3 or so groups that had been on the course and me and my friend were at one hole were we had been messing trying to to make it a hole in one and the next party behind is 2 full other holes behind at the time and they had stared us down after having reset ourselves 7 or so times and then again to another 2 groups that had been a couple of other groups of friends and such and the whole attitude was just unnecessarily harsh for what a generally relaxed and laid back vibe you'd expect from a slow day a a indoor mini golf but‍ To anyone that actually might read this yes I am bored and extremely high at 5 in the morning this happened like almost 2 months ago from the posted date whatever group of girls was staffed yall suck read more

Seems dirty, needs to be updated, and staff is not that friendly! The cost versus what you get isn't worth it

I'll start with my cons first. I didn't like that you could split a certain amount between the arcade game cards like other establishments. There's is a flat $20 on however many cards you get. However they do give you an extra money on the cards for each card. But if you have a big crew it's expensive. This place is great though if the weather is not so nice outside. They have mini golf....it can be long going through the course if you are in a group of 5 or a group in front of you. We jumped in front of a group of 5. You are only supposed to putt 5 times but they will keep going until everyone made it. Also max size of group is 5. They do have laser tag. Their VR system was down when we visited. Not sure how long it was down or will be down. There's also a downstairs to the arcade area. read more

We went here for a birthday party. The kids had a ton of fun. They played games in the arcade area first, then the kids did laser tag, and later after cake and presents did a round of mini-golf. It was pretty crowded. The flow of mini-golf was a steady pace. The ages there were from young toddlers to adults. At the arcade, you earn tickets and can bring them to the counter for a prize. Went here YEARS ago, like 2013-2014 give or take. Glad to know they made it past the pando, and through the years too! Super fun indoor spot to cool off and unwind. They have an area for "maquinitas", like video game machines? You can charge up a card you purchase in the very beginning and go crazy till you run out or tire out. No on follows up to see if the food is ok and too many kids wandering around trying to figure out where the food goes. Tipping is also not an option, it's required. This place was stuck a fun experience. The glow in the dark and the throwback music, and all of the options of games and activities. We played the laser tag with a group and also did the VR and it was very exciting. Even though I'm an adult, it felt good to be a kid again. We also had a room reserved and it had a very large dining table with a fridge for our drinks and it was a lot quieter. We were helped by Yusef and he was was excellent. My husband and daughter did the golf and I just followed and enjoyed seeing my daughter have fun! The cool thing is you can move at your own pace. I believe the entrance for my daughter cost anywhere between 7 to 9 dollars. You don't have to make reservations but we did anyways by calling ahead. We also purchased a game card for 10 dollars and that allowed our daughter to have fun with the arcade games. Some games weren't working but for the most part the others were. This place is a hidden gem!! My friend and I were looking for some fun that was different than usual. The scary theme of the facility makes you feel like Halloween came early. Other than mini golf, they have a full arcade, prize table, VR play and Laser Tag. We came for a game of Laser tag. The lady told us we only had 10 minutes to play, and I'll be honest, I didn't think that was a whole lot of time. But by the end of our game, we realized it was PLENTY. The laser tag maze was pretty big & full of secret hiding spots! Soo much fun!! I honestly can't believe we never knew about this place. It's very close to North Star Mall so it was convenient after a day of shopping. All of the black light decorations also make the perfect pictures for instagram - if you care about that. Great time at a great price! I didn't take off a star for the diy feel of the course, but that some of the obstacles and mechanisms seemed in need of repair. A significant number of the arcade games were down or didn't have all of the accessories i.e., the ball throwing game only had 1 ball when there should be 10-15, or there was a missing air hockey striker, one of the bowling games didn't have a ball at all and the other only had 1 when there's usually 2 in rotation, and one of the claw games didn't actually close the claw (not miss or a weak close, it straight did not close). We were looking for a cool family activity to escape the brutal heat and my 6 year old nephew wanted to try mini golf. MMG has cool lights and the kids were immediately excited about the games. You sign up for golf and they call you when it is your turn. The kids had fun and I loved the artwork. The mini golf is not great to do with a family of 5 with kids because even when you stick to the 5 swing rule it's slow and there are many adults playing and waiting impatiently. Purchased a Groupon a while back and needed to use it. Arrived around 2:30pm in Sunday. The interior made me think of an old skool funhouse with its flourescent colors and blacklight lighting. It wasn't too busy at first. As I had purchased 4 rounds of play and there were only 2 of us, we played 2 rounds. The first round was hilarious. I'd forgotten how competitive mini golf can get. There were a lot of laughs at near-misses, and bounced balls that came back to the tee off points. Second round there were more people. A couple behind us appeared to be in a rush, so we let them play ahead of us. The wait time increased, that's when I noticed the staff would announce over head that you were allowed 5 tries to get it into the hole then you were supposed to move on. There is a limit of 5 people in a group and there were a couple groups of 5 with small children a head of us. So with no one behind us for at least 3 holes, we replayed the crazier holes while we waited. All in all, it was a good time with good laughs. read more

One of the worst mini golf places we have ever been to. The angry employee came up to us, told us to only hit the ball 5 times each, hurry up and move on. I told him we knew that already and that we were barely getting to our 3rd hit each. He then repeated the same thing over and over again as if he was talking to a monkey. I told him again and again we knew that already. Then he stalked us and stared at us for the remainder of our time there to see how we were playing. A real dummy that made this business look bad. Easy to get to located in the back corner of a small shopping plaza. This golf course is a very open concept so you can see all the holes as you play. We really enjoyed our time here, about 30 min, 18 holes with the last hole ending in a clowns mouth. There are tons of arcade games that reminded me of Dave and Busters. You buy a card for $10 and up and use that to play games. I was interested in playing the laser escape game ? You have to maneuver yourself around the lasers to reach the end of the room, looked super cool! The facility was VERY VERY clean, the female working wash wiping things up and cleaning up after people. We will definitely be going back. We used pogo pass to play so check in was easy. read more

We had a birthday party for our son here and overall the party turned out okay minus all the many hiccups along the way. They never told me how the party was supposed to go, if food was to be had first and then games second, and that made the flow of the party wrong from the start. There were long periods of time where the kids were just sitting around not doing anything and the hostess was not around. The drinks were not brought out when the food had arrived, so our guests did not have a drink with pizza or cake. They ended up waiting until right before it was time to go play to bring them out and all our guests were thirsty. Because of all the delays we ran out of time in our room for opening gifts, so we had to open gifts downstairs in the open area. The thing that bothered me the most was the hosting. We had a party here not only for the kids to have fun but so that it could be orderly and so we had to do a little less hosting than if we hosted the party ourselves at a regular venue. I feel like I did a lot of the hosting and coordinating. As the host they should have spoken up and said " hey you guys get in line so we can...." Instead we had to get all the kids together or coordinate things. We paid for the party to be done somewhere so that it could be done quickly and efficiently with less stress. I gave them the rating for the place itself, it's clean and the kids had fun with what was offered ( mini golf, laser tag and games). I also gave the three star rating because the manager worked with us to make things right for the difficult time. Would I have a party here again? Probably not. If things went smoother it could have been great, but unfortunately it didn't work out. Would I bring my son to play here again? This was our first time going to Monster Golf. It was for a 9 am birthday party on Sunday. The place is decorated definitely fitting for its name with bats, witches and many more spooky monsters. The party was held in a party room and was also decorated with a monster fireplace and hanging chandelier. We got to golf as we wanted and play games in between like Packman and Subway Surfer. My boys were active and having a blast the 3 hours the party was booked for. In addition to the golf and video games they played some dancing games for tickets for all the guests. They had black lights every where and dimmed lights so it was dark and spooky. It was cool to be in a place that was a different color scheme. The host was able to bring in her own food and cake and the Party Host helped out the mom with photos serving and setting up. They were very accommodating.
