Another great experience at pin stack. I'm telling yall this place is cool. Not only cool for the games and such for the kids but the bar area is pretty nice to wind down at and the food is not bad at all. The service is really good too. Definitely need to go try. Even if you don't want the games go chill at the bar and relax.

Bowling and games is amazing but the food and drinks are trash high key it's giving stale, bland and not even hitting mid level. If you go, go for the bowling and games. Eat before or after. Chips were stale, wings were gummy, the cheese sauce was not cheese tbh it tasted weird, the quesadilla tasted like pure onions. I feel like pizza is hard to mess up and it wasn't good. Giving 3 starts for the games ambiance and staff was super nice.

This was my first time visiting, and I loved all the activities they offer--arcade games, rock climbing, bumper cars, and of course, bowling. It's a fun place to hang out. However, it's clear that if you're not a VIP, Pinstack makes sure you see it throughout your visit. However, I did have a couple of issues. First, it wasn't clear what to do or how things worked. For instance, I didn't know I needed to press the "service" button to order food or drinks. A quick rundown from the associate who checked me in would have been helpful and only taken a few seconds. When I went to the bar to order a drink, I asked the bartender if the menu displayed on the screen was all they offered. That's when I was informed that I should use the "service" button. Thankfully, Allyson was very kind and helped me out. The second issue was that the lanes share a bowling rack, which made it feel a bit crowded, like we were on top of each other. Overall, it was a cool experience, and I might visit again in the future.

This was my second visit, and it's clear this place has a lot to offer. My first visit was for a work party, where the catered food was delicious, especially the mashed potato bar. The arcade, bumper cars, obstacle course, and bowling alley with fun lane graphics make it a fantastic entertainment spot. This time, I dined at the restaurant and had a cocktail and grilled chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries (worth the small extra charge). While the sandwich was a bit over-charred for my taste, the sweet potato fries were perfectly crisp. One downside was our waiter's walkie-talkie, which loudly announced messages as our order was taken which was distracting. Overall, it's a lively spot with great entertainment options, ideal for a party or date night.

DO NOT HAVE A PARTY HERE! $1300 and we spent the entire party trying to hunt down a server. You're supposed to have a party host but ours was nowhere to be found and any other employee that we could flag down would just say "I'll look for your party host." The big pizza is disgusting, the apps are acceptable. The exact minute our party time was up 10 employees crowd us to kick us out of the area. Where was all this help during our party? This was everyone's first time here and all they kept talking about how terrible the service is. I was so embarrassed. None of us will ever be back.

The experience is absolutely wonderful went for a birthday party the host where great, the huge pizza is trash!!! I can't lie the mozzarella sticks are fire the giant shakes woth the 10! The ripe course arcade bumbler cars all amazing it's just pricey! Know you will spend money here fun games and plushies all and all a cool find oh and yes they have fun games for bowling!

Came to enjoy a nice day with my husband and our 3 boys (19/17/11). We went bowling and it started out ok but we wasted at least 20 minutes waiting for someone to come and fix the lane. I had to even go and look for someone even after pressing service button twice. After that we had a lot of fun. We ordered the WTF platter and some pretzels which were all very good. Then we went to arcade area and played laser tag, got on bumper cars and did rock wall and ropes course. I will say that it would be nicer if the bumper cars area was bit bigger just due to the size of the cars themselves. Ropes course could also be a bit bigger and maybe some easier stuff for younger crowd. Arcade games were fun for sure! Decent prizes too. Staff was helpful when they were found. Overall we had fun and would go again.

We reserved and prepaid for a lane in the VIP area. The lane came with 6 pairs of shoes. I found that the VIP lane has dedicated staff and service is quicker than in the regular lanes. It doesn't feel as spacious tho because it's a room with lower ceilings. It sure beat waiting in line at the bar. That line takes an hour to get through 6 people. For being a novelty sized pizza, the 36" pie was pretty tasty, it's extremely floppy and a little difficult to eat, but it was great. Not a fan of the short games, since it takes a while to line the pins up vs the ball return. If you're up for a regular game, there are a couple variations of it.

Decided to do a second visit to Pinstack. We really enjoyed our first visit so came back for another go. We bowled, ordered drinks, and food. We did an hour and a half for the lane. We were able to bowl three game between the four of us. Everyone had a great time. I wish I would have taken pictures of the food but completely forgot. After we finished bowling we went over the the arcade and played some games. My husband loves the Willy wonka game and now I am hooked. I think we all are. We also did some photos on the Photo Booth and got some cute prizes. Definitely a place for date nights, celebrations, or just cause. It's always well kept. My only complaint is that the server at the bowling lane disappeared. We waited awhile for her to return. I understand it was busy so it was just an slight inconvenience. The pizza was great, better than I thought. The beer was nice. The cheese sticks were nothing special, they tasted bland but looked pretty. The cheese fries were burnt so they tasted extra crunchy which wasn't nice. Overall, great experience and will be back for more fun. If you have not had the chance to come in I would recommend it. I am looking forward to returning for more fun!

This place is really cool for adults and kids. Plenty of things to keep kids and adult busy and having fun. I enjoyed the time we had here. Most definitely come back in the future!

    Pizza and fries are good.

This place is alot of fun if you got the monies. Which is good because this limits the typical SATX riffraff you see everywhere. If bowling was fun the arcades are not all sticky and food was not bad. Only negative is that alot of the staff are children and you know what comes with employing Gen Z'ers...typical.

The added privacy and dedicated server were well worth the extra cost. The food was excellent, and we were having such a great time that I didn't even get a chance to take photos. We ordered a variety of items, starting with the large pepperoni pizza--easily some of the best pepperoni pizza I've had. We also tried a smaller vegetable pizza; the crust on that one was a bit thicker than I prefer, but it still had great flavor. I opted for the blue cheese burger, which was absolutely delicious, and the fries were outstanding. My strawberry lemonade was a bit on the sweet side, but still enjoyable, and everyone really liked their beer on tap. One minor inconvenience was trying to load money onto a game card. The kiosk was out of cards, and I wasn't aware that I needed to go to the bowling desk. I waited about 15 minutes at the front for assistance before learning this, so just a heads-up--if you run into any issues, head straight to the bowling desk. Overall, we had a fantastic time playing games and enjoying the atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

UPDATE FROM MY INITIAL REVIEW:…read more I recently attended a tournament at this bowling alley and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I brought a concern to the staff regarding the integrity of the tournament. While I did receive a response after messaging privately, it was dismissive and unnecessarily rude. I was told that my concern was unfounded and even that I had not approached table attendants--something that is untrue as I did approach them. I do not have concrete proof beyond what was openly admitted and bragged about by others, but the way my concern was handled left me with little confidence in the fairness or professionalism of this establishment. Beyond the tournament itself, my overall impression of the facility was not positive. Concessions were overpriced, the menu was difficult to read due to constant blinking, and staff at the counter were rushed and curt when taking orders. However, after experiencing their customer service privately with an issue and as displayed in the owner's comments below any review less than perfect on Google, the rudeness I was greeted with is no surprise. Further displaying the lack of professionalism. Given the number of tournaments this alley hosts, I regret that my experience left me with concerns about both organization and customer service. The staff offered to try to bring the whole pizza that the slice came from (a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza). I agreed because paying 1/3 of the cost of a whole pizza for just a slice didn't make sense to me and it wasn't what I ordered. Once the whole pizza came out, I tried a slice and it was bad. The cheese was waxy and flavorless. That's when I regretted not agreeing to just a slice and only paying $7.50. That being said, they offer a large soft pretzel which is a good option, however I'm not a fan of the cheese sauce that comes with it (and I love cheese). The building is great for bowling, which is $32 an hour and shoe rental is $6 per person for VERY worn down shoes/laces. A party of 4 will pay $25 and change for shoe rental that was uncomfortable for two out of the four of us. I would recommend bringing your own bowling shoes. Lastly, we were celebrating my daughter's birthday on this visit and learned they don't do anything special for birthdays. We will definitely try somewhere else for a future celebration.
