    Carousel ride
    Kassie B.

What a treat! Can't remember the last time I was there... Took my Great Nephew & He Could Not Get Enough.

Rickety bench. Check before you sit down.

The rides are poorly maintained. Paint peeling, rusty fixtures and poor staffing. No wonder it was not busy. Had to find someone to operate rides. Two "no" before someone said yes. They only have six rides. 14 for unlimited rides. High point is the carousel. Someone needs to buy this for face value and invest. Sitting next to the zoo should be a "gold mine" if properly developed. Certainly a black eye for SA in the eyes of tourist.

A fun time was had. Pro tip. Save $5 convenience fee and buy tickets in person. I didn't know. Not a worry. Money spent well. Bought the unlimited ride band for the girls and it came with choice of popcorn or hotdog with drink. So we got one of each. The rides were dated... however the girls had fun. I felt safe and I felt safe for my girls on the rides. Heard kidsbop playing... wishing it would have been a little louder. But with the zoo nearby...I bet the animals would not agree with louder. The bathrooms were clean and trashcans were serviced frequently. I can easily say that this was a perfect compliment to the Sunday in which we had zero planned originally. Thank you San Antonio kiddie park for the hospitality! Respectfully, Bryan Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

The price is perfect, $12 let's your kids ride everything unlimited. The rides were ideal for 3-7 year olds. Nothing really thrilling, but they had the biggest grins on their face. We popped over after the zoo and they loved it all. The staff their was very friendly.

Awesome way to end an awesome trip to San Antonio. This place is out of another era. The rides are older (some 100 years!) and work! It's a part of Americana that our kids wouldn't ever have experienced anywhere else. It was packed on a Saturday with birthday parties, etc and even though it was packed the kids never had to wait in kine to ride. We paid $28 for 2 kids to have unlimited rides! We ordered mini corn dogs and fried pickles with ranch for their lunch. They were fried fresh and fast. I can't say enough about this gem.

Arrived around Noon We purchased 2 kids unlimited Ride Bands for $13.00 each. (FYI if your kiddo wants face paint done you must purchase Blue tickets, no cash accepted besides at concessions stand) Adults don't need tickets or bands cause it's pretty much toddler & baby rides. Ages 1-9 In my opinion. Some rides they offer: Carousel, Helicopter and Flying Saucers! School bus train ride, arcade games that dispense tickets you can redeem for awesome prizes! 2 years In a row we took my 2 yr old to the state carnival & she cried cause she couldn't ride anything due to The height restrictions. Thanks to This Park both my kids had a blast! (1 year old & A 2 year old) It's pretty hot out there so put on some sun screen, and shorts! ++++KID FRIENDLY

Pros: Pretty cheap $13 for unlimited band on the weekend Concessions were affordable Great for young kids under 8 Intimate setting, nice and small Nicely kept for 100 year old park $2.75 for face painting. One girl was really skilled. Cons: Not a lot to do for older kids Parking lot is super small and crowded Overall this is a cheap adventure for small children especially when you want to get out of the house and if you buy the unlimited band they can ride and play as much as they want.

Closed. Supposedly purchased by the San Antonio Zoo, and being relocated there. I do hope it is separate from the zoo.

Look at your receipt carefully because they did add 20% gratuity to mine last night. Overall it's a clean and spacious place but once it hits 11ish they will start labeling and adding more tables for sections (booo!) so it gets more crowded. The DJs are so good too. Bathrooms are typically clean. Funny reminder: come ready with bug spray because them TX mosquitoes were OUT!

The place has really opened up their space- it used to be crowded with a maze of tight cubicles of gallery and studios. Now, it's a wide open central gallery, with studios and smaller galleries off to the sides. In the front, they now have a coffee shop! Cool! In the back, they've paved in the side and back yards, where bands set up, and additional galleries can be found. All of the art is local, handmade, and ranges in media. Some of the art can not be purchased, as they are installation pieces. The art here is all reasonably priced, and there's a great variety of artists and vendors selling cool stuff. This place gets hopping for Second Saturday, a monthly art walk that centers around the galleries by the train tracks at South Flores. The art is just part of the scene- check out the live music too! Budding artists can rent space here to do their art, and sell it when they have events. Other than Second Saturday, you might need to book an appointment to come by many of the artists' galleries, but it seems that coffee is served all day.

It was their classic 1920's package, and I want to start off by saying I am used to throwing amazing parties and doing everything myself. Everything. I am absolutely blown away by the level of service and empathy and care that was put into this event. It wasn't like we were a wedding of 100 people... we maybe had 35. But they treated us like we were the most important guests in the world, and every detail, every tiny thing, was taken care of with upmost attention to detail and kindness. I can't say enough. The house? Spectacular. The food? Perfect. The decorations? Absolutely gorgeous. My guests were stunned. If you are looking for a unique venue with wonderful hosts... just stop looking.
