I have been to this location a few times already. We mainly go during there Halloween Mickey party and cookies with Santa Mickey. Those are my two favorite times to attend with my daughter. Everytime we go the customer service is amazing. I love the new updates they've done to the place and providing kids a safe, clean and fun place to go play. So I was looking into doing my daughter's party here since we did it when she was 1 and ended up paying more than what was expected. I shared this on my mom page and it turns out I'm not the only one with a bad experience. Anyways recently, I went to check to see they still had party packages. They do and I noticed a price difference and asked if they can respect the price. Obviously they said no. And a lot of moms and business owners agreed that they should've at least respect the price. I decided to take my children out for a fun day and Emmamazing play. it turned into a nightmare when they barred our entry because of my son's service dog. after I explained the law to them, they called the manager who told the employees not to let us in. to be clear: they discriminated against my son because of his disability. we left the facility and I called the police, who sent an officer. the officer arrived and forced them to let us in. now whenever I think of Emmamazing play I get a sour taste in my mouth. what is supposed to be a fun and inclusive play space for children wishes to leave out a large portion of the population: people with disabilities. no one should only be allowed into a facility with the aid of law enforcement. this entire situation could have been avoided if Emmamazing had 1) followed the law and 2) looked up the law if they were unsure. they decided to do neither and instead chose to discriminate. beware to any family with disabilities read more

What a cool spot to bring toddlers or kiddos to be able to move around, run around, have open play, and all while being safe at Emmazing Play! Came into town to hang out with my almost-2-year-old nephew and in efforts to get him out of the house (and change up his play for the day) we decided to come into to Emmazing Play during the week. We came 2 days in a row back to back since I was in town for the same amount of time. It was really low key on the first day we came with only one other parent and child playing when we arrived. The 2nd day we came a little earlier (around 12noon) and it was busy! There were 20+ children with parents there so it was a little crowded at times. Despite the amount of people there it never felt crowded at all. Also there are hand sanitizer stations all around the play areas, in the front, and clean bathrooms which is super appreciated. Masks are optional but I kept mine on as I know a lot of the children playing are unable to be vaccinated from COVID at this time. There is SO much to get into as the small areas that includes grocery store, bake shop, bistro style seating area, air jumping trampoline, and so many other nooks and crannies for the kiddos to explore! Love all of the fake food, farmers market bins, and play cooking pots and pans as well! The play areas are so well thought out and provide a very comfortable areas that are clean. Everything is clean, it is very cool (temperature wise) inside, and plenty of space to spread out and eat snacks or food on the fold out tables and chairs near the front of the building. I appreciated the locked door to ensure that none of the children could reach out and get out. Thank you for thinking of the smallest things that help ensure everyone stays safe, inside, and accounted for :) Socks are mandatory so be sure to bring a pair for you and the kiddo! Wearing socks is one of the ways the play areas stay so clean. There is a nice shoe rack holder in the waiting area for you to keep your shoes safe and secure. I saw some arcade games, a pool table, and even a hockey table that was covered up when we were visiting but it's great to know older kiddos can enjoy Emmazing Play as well. I love how inclusive this spot is for all kiddos! Open during the week for open play and closed for private parties or reservations on the weekends so do note that before you head out. I also read they have a Toddler Tuesday special where it is $6.50 for your toddler to come in and play! Excited to make another couple of trips back here with my nephew in tow as he had so much fun playing here and we felt 100% safe here. read more

EMMAzing play is the perfect indoor play place for your kiddos ages 5 and under. You could definitely bring bigger kids but I promise you it's a lot more geared towards little littles. We've been going there for well over a year now. I used to host weekly play dates until I had baby #3 so I got to know the owner Sergio pretty well. He's got great customer service so it's so sad to see some hateful reviews on here. They go above & beyond to make sure your kids are safe, everything is immaculately clean ALWAYS, they're constantly changing things up and upgrading. I honestly wish I could go more than I do. My children love it. I had my daughters first bday there and attended a Christmas Mickey & Minnie event. Both were soooo much fun. They truly cater to the kids. At parties they help you set everything up which is so helpful! Party days for parents can be super stressful. They direct everything that's happening over the intercom too and play great music kids enjoy. Yes they do mostly do private parties (weekends / nights) but it is so clean and accommodating it's worth it. The other indoor party places similar to this are crappy , dirty , and I'd never take my kids back. If you haven't taken your babies/toddlers/preschoolers here yet you definitely should. Nice staff, well maintained facilities. My biggest issue is the rainbow bridge they have on the upper level. The walls aren't flush with the mats, and my 1 year old is thin enough that he got his leg through the side before I was able to grab him. The walls bent a little, so I worry he could've fallen right through, which would have been a very bad fall. Other than that, he had a great time! read more

We loved it! Held our first granddaughters 1st bday here and she Literally had the time of her life as did our family, adults and kiddos. The private space is amazing no one else comes in, And the staff literally want to ensure they do everything for you. We had 2 party assistants the whole time & they made our party even more of a success. A family friend was so impressed she booked her daughters bday party before she Left! We were there for the "Toddler Tuesday" special where kids 4 below get a discounted rate for open play. My son enjoyed the place as there were a lot of activites and toys that he can do or play with. They serve free coffee for parents which is really nice since we can really use the extra boost to run after our kids. We celebrated my sons first birthday here and it was an awesome experience . It's a family owned business and the staff are super nice and helpful! The rental Of the place included assistance with setup and clean up. We booked The Mickey Mouse character and table centerpieces from them as well. We had invited about 60 guests and there was enough space. I rented for only two hours so next time would add an additional one hour since we felt like it went too fast . Kid's were having too much fun! All must wear socks upon entry as well . Will definitely try this place again. read more

Very rude staff! The girl at the front desk was very rude and had attitude when I asked her if they had coffee in the pot. There's a table with cups and coffe creamer and coffe pot but they don't want to make coffe for the parents that bring their children there because they are too lazy? Don't get the point of having the coffe stuff out there on the table then. And she didn't need to be rude about it. Would not go back there because of that staff. read more

My two year old and I love coming. It is for younger children, the pictures advertised are very clear about that. Great place for toddlers! Not very big but it is so clean and well cared for!! My daughter loved it! So happy that it is mask optional and that they allow you to bring your own food, as long as you eat in the designated area. Definitely the cleanest kid place we have ever been to. Legit the best place for a rambunctious not-yet-walking 13 month old to play for hours without getting bored! It's also great for toddlers but there are so few places I can take my crawler so I really appreciate Emmazing Play! It's spotlessly clean and designed for younger children. I've only been twice so far and there have been maybe 5-10 kids both times, which is a great number for us because there's other kids for my son to interact with but it's not crowded at all because the space is pretty big. It's spotlessly clean and the staff is constantly cleaning and organizing. I definitely recommend this place for young kids! read more

This place is such a great idea! It's a great place to throw a kids party. It was kid friendly and it's super easy on the adults. I was invited to my friends daughter's birthday who was turning 2. This place had a giant play area for the kids which included a bounce house, Little Tik houses, ball pit, Little Tike cars, and a mat for playing on. The play area and food area spaces were clearly defined. The venue supplied tables and chairs and the adults were allowed to bring in their own decorations, food, drinks, and supplies. They even had a pool table designated for the adults. When you enter everybody must take off their echoes before you can go into the party space. They provide cubbies for you to place shoes. The entrance and play place are separated by a half door which is a great safety mechanism so you're kids are contained in one space. Another great thing is that only my friends daughter was having a party there so you don't share the space. You get the entire area for a set amount of time. read more

It was just okay--good For toddlers but 5 and up already too big--big kid's who were 8-10 were fighting with littler Kids, throwing things at them and totally unsupervised. It was basically little tikes jungle gym, 2 little tyke houses, some Little tykes cars and a Few other toddler Toys and a bouncy castle but mainly most Kids Just ran Around yelling And screaming at each other. First time here and it super clean with a lot of room for the kids to run around. You're allowed to bring in your food but have to eat in the eating area. They sell snacks as well and provide free coffee to parents. Everyone is required to wear socks. It's catered more towards babies to maybe around 6 years. This is the CLEANEST indoor play area I have ever seen. The young man is always disinfecting, cleaning, sweeping to make sure we all stay as healthy as possible. Your toddler will have a blast in Alyssa's Cafe, shopping area, toy cars, pirates ship, etc. there is a cute baby area with a ball pit, busy box, and foam slide. Took my children here today & my son was viciously attacked by another kid! The mom sat by & did nothing! (She was too busy socializing & even had her back turned away) I had to pull my son away as he screamed in pain!!!!! To make matters worse, management did absolutely NOTHING even after telling him what happened & who was involved!!!! We had a birthday party scheduled for my son in March of 2020 when Covid hit. We decided to postpone the event due to covid, giving them ample notice prior to. Instead of getting a refund, we wanted to make sure that small businesses like them would stay afloat during the pandemic so we didn't ask for a refund, but rather for us to keep the credit for when we were ready to have a party. Then when we were finally ready to have a party, Sergio the owner said that the $100 credit was no longer valid. If we wanted to have a party there then we'd have to pay another $100 deposit that was non-refundable on top of the cost of the party. How quickly he forgets how we were one of the parents who wanted to make sure that his business stayed afloat during the pandemic. $100 down the drain, and no party or services from him. Sad. Lessoned learned. Not sure if this is where you want to do business, when this is the way that they treat their "customers". read more

First, I would have likely never written this review to describe a "ok" event. But since the bald headed guy who manages the place was incredibly rude, here I go. Went for their "Brunch with Santa" event today. Was sharing with my brother and sister in law that I wasn't impressed by the "brunch" (cookies, donuts, milk, and juice) when said rude manager overheard our private conversation. I wasn't complaining to him or anyone who worked there, I was talking to my family. When rude manager overheard me, he came over and says, "Everything was spelled out on the website" (which WAS true turned out) "and if you don't like it, you're welcome to leave". I was so shocked I said, "Are you going to refund me if I leave?" (no, of course). My brother and I both asked him why he would say that when we were talking to each other and he inserted himself into our conversation to which he said "a lot of my regulars here are very happy" and that we were "upsetting" them with the negative feedback. Like, WTF?! I found it incredibly rude and uncalled for that bc his feelings were hurt or something by what he overheard, he would throw a tantrum and tell us we should just leave. Which we did shortly after, believe you me. Lesson in customer service buddy - take note of feedback you've overheard and consider improvements OR don't do or freaking say anything, we weren't talking to you! This place really should just be for babies and moms to socialize. It's basically just a bunch of toys, might as well just stay home and play with your own.
