    Dirty floors, food area

This place needs a vacuum!! It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. The carpet is layered with stuff and old candy pieces. The other cushion type colored floors are black with dirt. The food area has smooshed candy and drink stains on its floors. I wouldn't trust the stuff they serve there. Five employees and they are all huddled around just in the front, sitting on the counter tops. Not monitoring the place or attempting to clean it at all. I was counting down the minutes until the kids played long enough for what we paid but I will never come back. No hand sanitizer in sight. I covered my kids in my own before I let them in the car because this place is filthy. Go to Airtopia. The employees actually work and clean while the kids are playing. The employee said on the speaker "Orange wrist bands, 15 more minutes" even though we had only been there one hour. They need training for basic concepts. It's three hours not that I would have stayed that long. The socks we bought went straight to the trash because who knows what nastiness was on them.

    Toddler area

I feel like this place is a harbor for hand foot and mouth! My daughter is only 12 months and I we went to the toddler section and it was so gross. I'm sure they do not clean how they should be. They didn't have any change and asked me if "I don't have 88 cents is that okay?" I understand it's only 88 cents. The iPads for the waiver don't work. The bathrooms were gross. The lady at the front desk had horrible breath. We left because it was just so disgusting. The bathrooms smell off decomposing bodies. I wouldn't let my worst enemies kids play here, it is so gross. Disgusting doesn't even cover it. If you take your kids here and STAY to play here you must hate them.

First off clean the place. The mats were very dirty. This place is very small. There is not a regular trampoline like they have the basketball trampoline area. They have the dodgeball trampoline area, but they don't just have a giant area just for kids to jump. The attractions definitely have been through a lot. Honestly it's time for them to upgrade the place..

I needed a place to take the kids and beat the heat. The hours for this are great! Some jump parks don't open until late in the evening. This place is fairly large but well used. If you have grip socks, bring your own or it's $17 a pair. We went during the week during school hours and had the place to ourselves, which was nice. They have a ninja course, basketball, foam pit, dodgeball, play park, kiddie play park, and wall climb. The is also a concession stand. The kids and I tried all areas except the kiddie park. I can tell the place gets a lot of traffic due to the equipment condition. The play park is large but the ball gun didn't function and padding is coming up in some places. The basketball area has 2 hoops and 3 basketballs. Next to the basketball area is the foam pit. My teen enjoyed jumping into the bit and basket the most. My younger one spent his time doing the ninja course and play park. Having it to ourselves we played tag and dodgeball. We enjoyed ourselves but I wouldn't want to go when it's a full house. The staff was very friendly but since it wasn't peak hours only 1 or 2 available. The wall climb was not available due to staffing. The kids asked to go back but there are other jump parks to check out as well. The kids enjoyed getting out of the house have been a couple of times since it's not a far drive. We jumped in the morning time and then hit up the forum for lunch.

Um... no. If you've been to and are looking for a cheaper version of Altitude (1604 and I-10) DO NOT come here. Sorry to say. VALUE (1/5) - cheap tickets, poor facilities, limited staff, $4 socks. Oh, and the "Groupon tax"???? Yeah, not a deal. Plus, the Groupon pictures--not their fault--seem like a different facility. SUMMARY: Looks and feels like a warehouse that had a good amount of thought at one point, but is very poorly kept up, under staffed, and feels like... yeah. Not happening. FUN STUFF (2/5) - good amount of things for kids under 8. But I have some safety concerns including no staff (at all) in the kids areas. Not one. Also, broken ropes, spinning rock wall grips, trapeze bars not secured, area of kids structure that has caution tape, but no staff to stop you, should I go on? Also, the best big kid areas were all closed (rock wall, spinning beam trampoline area, etc.). CLEANLINESS + UPKEEP (1/5) - not clean. Needs a vacuum and shampoo, badly. Jumpers and padded areas seem not clean too. Lights flickering in several locations. TRAMPOLINES (1/5) - there are no trampolines for the big kids. Bummer. And a limited amount for the tots. STAFF (50%) - Staff seemed pretty "checked out" and not paying attention to their roles and guests. NO ONE walking around to make sure the pace was safe (WHAT??), and generally understaffed. Recommendation: Don't come here. Cheap? Yes, kind of. Worth it? Not at all.

    Party table

If you are looking for a Great place to have a party for your kids... this is Definitely Not the place. You pay approx $400 not including tip for 10 kids. You get 1 EXTREMELY small table, 1 dessert size paper plate, and 1 napkin. NO party assistance. Party started at 4p, here we are at 430p and NO ONE has greeted the party. I asked for the Manager, who was very reluctant to assist and kept referring to a number to call. The manager finally called after I persisted. Whoever she spoke to was kept stating that is what is expected. So this facility expects the children to arrive alone or dropped off, because you are provided a small bench that seats 4. Unless, all the adults sit on each other laps. The Cafe seating states only for customers purchasing food for the Cafe. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS and a ripoff for the price you pay.

During school hours, not very busy so plenty of crowd free playtime. Felt generally clean, but some updating may be necessary

Just wanted to say Enrique and Erik at the concession stand were amazing and extremely helpful. Had a great experience even with the crowds.

Sleeping on this place. Reasonably priced. Huge jungle gym. Small trampoline part. Seems unclean but good bang for the buck!

They have "play cards" for purchase, which allows the kids to drive mini motorcycles throughout the inside of the play structure as well as arcade games - also very well priced. My kids really thought the indoor go-karts were exciting. Admission came to roughly $24/per child after taxes and it included two adults free of entry, which I appreciated. You can purchase a Play Card separately to add tokens to the card for access to activities like the kiddie go-karts or the few game stations they have pepper inside the facility. One thing I really liked is that once you pay for your admission and come in, you can leave and re-enter as many times as needed. Just keep your receipt and show them at the front when you return and they will let you back in, which is super helpful if you need a break or have to step out for a bit. Even though it was busy, it didn't feel overly chaotic. It felt like all the kids were engulfed in fun. They also have a station to purchase beverages like juice boxes, apple sauce and soft drinks and small snacks for convenience. The environment felt safe and families were respectful and attentive to their kids. Overall it was a good experience and we would come back again.
