Super happy we found this park! It was straightforward, no complications during check-ins/purchasing, gym is very open so you can sit downstairs or upstairs for an even better view. Two long tumble tracks, a safe zone foamless "pit", dodgeball area, rock climbing, and a hanging course (I had to accompany my daughters friend bc they have to be 4'10" to go alone and my 43 yo butt almost died but it was so fun! lol) They also have a separate toddler zone (thank you!) After CAREFUL research on the many trampoline parks in SA (there are quite a few!), we decided to go to Altitude because of the reviews and the area. I really wanted a CLEAN facility to take my young ones to for them to experience the greatness of jumping in the air (and hopefully not tumbling on their face!). Altitude was SUPERIOR in this aspect. This place was PACKED when we arrived with parents and kids alike in the lobby area, the actual trampolines, and even the second floor. Once we got our wristbands and socks that I believe you must purchase, we set out on the trampolines. They have multiple sections, which was great. One section was strictly for young ones and toddlers and then the rest was pretty much for "todos"(everyone!). We explored both ends and enjoyed it fully. I didn't think this could be exercise but man was I panting *hahaha* They have TWO dodge ball areas, basketball area, connect 4, and what I would honestly call the "reckless area" -- cause you can do some weird stuff with your body if you try hard enough They do have drinks and snacks for purchase at the check in counter, and they do offer a military discount! read more

recently took my son here for a fun day, and while most of our experience was positive, an alarming incident occurred that I feel compelled to share. While playing in the dodgeball area, my 9-year-old son was hit hard by a dodgeball thrown by a staff member. He came to me in pain, and when I inquired about the situation at the front desk, I was shocked to learn that the person who had thrown the ball was actually the manager. I asked if staff members were even allowed to engage with the kids in this manner, and no clear policy was provided. Unfortunately, my son's pain worsened, and after taking him to urgent care, we discovered that his finger was fractured. I attempted to contact the corporate office regarding this matter, but I have yet to receive a response. I cannot understand why a manager would throw dodgeballs at children with such force, leading to an injury that has caused my son significant pain. This is completely unacceptable!!! read more

Really friendly and helpful staff. Facilities all clean and in really good shape. Good variety of stations/areas to play. Only concern was there was a wide range of ages all on the same apparatus. With what appeared to be high school and older kids playing tag and football across the same tramps as the little kids were trying to use, there felt like a real risk of the little ones being unintentionally hurt. Didn't see any such accidents while there today with my middle schooler, nonetheless should consider limiting some areas to the younger than 10 crowd. read more

This place is by far the cleanest and best kept trampoline park in San Antonio!! My son had a blast jumping for 2 hours here. The staff is courteous and attentive. They even sanitize and wipe down everything all without interrupting play time. There is a balcony where parents can see the entire park and watch their kids have loads of fun. They don't have in house food, however, the food that is ordered from a local restaurant arrived within 15-20 minutes of ordering it. We drove past all the other trampoline parks to come to this one and it was worth every dollar we spent for my son's birthday!!! There is a huge upstairs lounge area where you can sit and watch the kids -- that's nice! Altitude is our most-visited trampoline place in town. We like to come right when they open and there is lots of space to move around. Sometimes I jump with my kids, and sometimes I go to the upper deck to use the wifi and get some work done. We like the separate areas like the foam pit, basketball hoops, and dodgeball court. The toddler zone keeps the little kids safer away from the big kids. We have had several birthday parties and school PTA events here, and it has always gone smoothly. Altitude is a great place to bring the kiddos to let out some energy on the weekends or after school! I have been going here for several years and I was surprised I hadn't written a review just yet. Went here just this past weekend with my children. For one hour it is $17.99 per person, as well as $2.99 for socks, if you don't have the Altitude socks already! In my opinion, this price is well worth the activities that your kids get to enjoy while inside of the park. The hour of time goes by so quickly as a parent. There's plenty of places to sit if you want to be comfortable while watching your kids, or there's plenty of places to stand and watch your kid. You can even jump too, you just have to pay the $17.99 per hour fee. One thing I love about this park that others don't really have in the area, is that included in the per hour fee, there is Suspension Rope Course. It's pretty exciting for kids (probably 10 years plus) and adults as well to have some fun while in the air. Overall, a great place to stop by and bring the kids. read more

I have been taking my son here for about 2 years now. He loves it, and has a tantrum when it's time to leave every time. The experience is wonderful for families. I love looking around and watching other families bonding over a physical activity. It's such a good pastime, and I am left out of breath every time. I have visited Altitude Trampoline Park several times over the last year and a half. Every visit has been enjoyable as expected. Sundays can either be very busy or very quiet. This week happens to be very quiet. The best deal is to purchase the 10-pack card. I like that this trampoline park doesn't charge you extra for the socks you are required to wear, unlike other trampoline parks in town. In other words there are no extra costs. You just pay for your jump time. There are special scheduled times for certain age groups to enjoy the park. There are also days of the week when special pricing for jumps are featured. After paying and getting our special socks, we went up to the under 6 area. I thought we were going to be confined to a small area, then realized we had the ENTIRE floor. This place is HUGE! I chased my granddaughter all over, we ran, bounced, jumped, flipped and then did it all over again. There's dodgeball and a small basketball area. Was not impressed by the staff and will NEVER return. There were two young boys, probably high school age or young college students. I met with a friend and watched while our children jumped around. I had never been to this location before so it was all new to me. The fact that they do not have an area set up for small children makes me wonder why anyone with children under 5 would ever come here. The prices are too high and the staff seems lazy. Once we arrived I quickly noticed that the majority of the staff were sitting along the wall just chatting with each other. Other staff were rock climbing or doing the obstacles. There was one or two people walking around the floor (together) and having their own chat time. I think a shift change happened while I was there because a new person came onto the floor. This person was wearing the MOST obnoxious sunglasses indoors and talking to customers with these sunglasses on. It was the most unprofessional thing I've seen in a really long time. As I was talking with my friend and watching our children, this person walked up to me abruptly and got very close to my face while loudly barking at me that I need socks on my feet to be there. When I previously entered the building and paid for my children, no one told me I needed socks. So maybe your staff should be trained on this before you bark at your customers to follow the rules that I was not even aware of! I then asked why I needed socks if I wasn't jumping. Glasses boy told me that I have to have socks and need to purchase them. He was rude to me and so close to my face that I just walked away. I couldn't respectfully respond to him. I went to the front desk and bought socks. A little bit later my friend told me that my youngest, being 2 years old, was supposed to be free and that she never pays for her 2 year old. We both have 3 children. So I went to the front desk and politely asked about payment and the age limits for kids. The employees name was Brock. After I explained what I discovered, He decided this was a time to mock me and he laughed at me very arrogantly. He asked "so you want money hahaha". What a prick. Yes I am a mom of 3, this place is very expensive and I overpaid after watching most of the employees sit around and treat me like I was less than them. Yes I would like some money back that you and your friend charged me unfairly. Brock told me that I needed to speak to the manager and he walked away without explaining that he was getting him. He proceeded to get the boy with the obnoxious glasses on (who was supposedly the manager!!!!). Glasses boy came to the front desk and very rudely asked what I wanted. I explained the scenario and that I was charged for my 2 year old but never told that they were free at that age. I was so pissed at that point. This "manager" decided that he would refund me for my 2 year old. He grudgingly got the receipt and the money and put it on the counter far enough from me that I had to reach over to get it. He then just walked away without saying I'm sorry this happened or anything at all!! I can bet you that if my husband was with me, these two jerk offs would not have spoken to me or treated me the way they did in a million years. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. They need serious consequences to learn how important it is to treat customers fairly. I also called the business multiple times to speak with the owner and it seemed to me that he was not available. I would have just spoken to the owner over the phone but not having a way to talk to him made it difficult. So here is my review. This is the place to drain your kids of energy. Let them get it all out right here. Plenty of space to jump around for the kiddos. Only the basics are provided, trampoline & socks. Food isn't really sold, although bottled water, chips and small snacks can be purchased at the vending machine or front counters. It would be nice if they did sell real food for the adults that have to linger around, but I understand that this can lead to a mess and folks not following the rules in NOT bringing it onto the trampolines. My 13 years loves to attend the 12 and up night on Saturdays. The event starts from 8pm - 11 pm and includes pizza and the jumping socks for a reasonable amount of cash. In the building there is plenty room for you to have fun. My son's favorite is the dodge ball arena and the basketball nets. Every time we have visited the inside has been clean and the employees do a great job of ensuring people follow the rules.
