Not too bad for $31 got socks and 3 hours of play time. They have designated areas for younger/older children. There are actual places for parents to sit so you aren't forced to pay for a massage chair or stand around. Stack bar looks ... More

Worst customer service experience ever. I went for a nieces birthday party and the kids running this location were ignorant a**holes. It started with the pizza they served us. They brought the pizza in and proceeded to serve it themselves to all the kids in the room. When the adults finally got a slice we all realized the pizza was undercooked and doughy. We kindly asked the staff to make another pizza to replace the undercooked ones. They simply smirked and said they couldn't do that because there was only one slice left in the box. There was only one slice left because the staffed served it themselves to the kids first! They finally agreed to replace the pizza but purposely burnt it to where it was inedible. Then they laughed about it and told us that the pizzas either get served really doughy or really burnt. What kind of sorry excuse is that? If they can't properly cook pizzas then they shouldn't be serving them! Then out of retaliation for us complaing, they rudely told me I could not sit at the table right outside of our party room because it was reserved. I am a disabled Vet with anxiety, PTSD, and a back injury. I was sitting on that table because those party rooms are tiny. My front living room is bigger. So with 20 plus people in there my anxiety was going up and I could no longer stand because my back was flaring up. There were 3 tables right outside and there was only one other party room, out of their 5 total, being used. There was no one else in the area. I was sitting there earlier and it was completely fine because the staff never said anything until we complained about the pizza. The supposed manager of this location made matters worse because she was just as childish as the rest of the staff and she refused to provide any contact information to corporate or a general manager. I will never come back to any of these locations and this place should not be in business with it's rude, childish staff, horrible pizza (that should be a health code violation), and even worse attitude towards customer service. read more
