The people on the phone are always polite and professional. The guy who does the set-up and tear-down is very nice, quick and friendly. The prices are good, and I've used a $10 coupon for liking the company on Facebook, which makes it even better. Last year, the weather was supposed to be really bad on the day of my son's birthday (near freezing and raining), so we were able to reschedule the bounce house on very short notice, which was really great. But the very best part is that although I only pay for a 4-hour rental, we've always been able to keep the bounce house for 6 hours or more. Maybe it's because of our location (not far from Kyle), but we are often the first bounce house to be set up and the last one to be taken down. My young son loves this, and we get to bounce around as a family (or him by himself) before his birthday party starts because the bounce house is set up early.

Since the rules for us to rent from this company were many, I at least expected to have clean, ready to use items delivered. I left a message with the office that morning. My call was never returned and there has been no communication at all regarding this issue. As a first time renter, I was extremely disappointed. UPDATE: I finally heard back from the company. Apparently the loaders loaded a "dirty" bouncer instead of a "clean" one. We have accepted their apology and the refund they granted for the unit. I know that mistakes happen, and it's refreshing when a company acknowledges that.

TBH, if you do not meet Miriam or know a decent amount of Spanish, you are going to have to pull your translation app out and put it to work. For the items I needed, I was only charged $450 and that included delivery and pickup! You wouldn't believe the quote I received at other higher end rental stores; let's just say the price was a little over $1,000. They do not have a ton of stuff, but if you are in the market for a piñata or you are on a tight budget, I do highly recommend this store.
