Almost as though it was a dream, but there are plenty of photos of happy kids and reports from parents saying the bounce house was the highlight of the party. Do yourself a favor and pick these guys. Makenzie was my point of contact. Initially she was difficult to contact after the deposit was paid. She became more responsive only when I asked my wedding coordinator to intervene. Primary reasons I would not recommend this company: 1. Cost discrepancies between the quote and the contracts (which required my signature) 2. Questions were not answered when discrepancies were identified on quotes and contracts. I had to inquire multiple times to get a response to my questions and the questions were never directly addressed. 3. Double charges for the same items: they were listed as one name under "tables/chairs" and called by a different name under "Labor and Fees". An explanation could not be given as to the reason for this dual cost. 4. Mathematical calculations did not match the original agreement and could not be explained; or blame of the miscalculations was placed on IT issue or declared a program error. 5. Mathematical calculations were inaccurate even when using their own numbers and an explanation of how they arrived at a specific cost could not be explained. 6. When finalizing the furniture count, some of the prices were changed, again the reason for discrepancy was placed on program error/IT issue. 7. It took 3- 10 days before I received a response to my inquiries; and that was with multiple follow-up emails/calls. To be fair, all the issues were resolved but it was because of my due diligence in closely reviewing the numbers and continuously following up and asking questions. I turned in my own calculations to the company using the original agreement of cost vs their "computer program" to be sure I was getting what I had agreed to. I do hope that this company is able to fix the IT/program issue. I also hope that plausible explanations can be provided when inquiries are made by the customers in a timely fashion. I hope staffing will receive training to improve customer service, as my experience with this company did not appear to be service or customer oriented. Abundant Blessings, MOB

But it doesn't just stop at tables and chairs. They have a room full of fabric. They have a huge selection of dishes, silverware and tablesettings. And they have some great accessories to help stage out any event. Aside from the selection, I think the helpful staff really makes Aztec stand out. There are times when I've contacted them with only a few weeks notice and they still have been able to make my wildest event planning dreams come true. They deliver, they pick up (just note that if your event is on a weekend you may get an additional charge for Sundays). And just all around make things easier! You don't have to be planning an event for hundreds of people to use them. Anyone can order supplies from Aztec. I highly recommend you think of them next time you're planning something because they are sure to make it special for you!

While La Dolce Vita is mainly used as a wedding venue, it met all of our expectations for a family reunion. The many bedrooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated and furnished with high quality beds and mattresses. The living rooms and meeting areas were large and comfortable, but the best feature, in our opinion, was the large kitchen where we hung out too long every morning and evening. It was furnished with a stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, plates and bowls of different sizes and eating and cooking utensils. The grounds were large and well maintained. The property was gated for extra security. I would highly recommend La Dolce Vita for any gathering.

I had my wedding and reception here, as well as stayed in the on-site lodging with the bridal party, and everything was amazing, from the setting, to the beautiful white mansion for lodging (with a pool/hot tub, large indoor master suite with a jacuzzi), to the food. Everything was arranged through the venue - food, cake, flowers, photographer, DJ, officiant, etc. It was all very well coordinated and top quality.
