What made the situation worse was the way the owner handled the complaint. Instead of working toward a solution, I felt I was treated unprofessionally and was even told they would go to my workplace to complain about me, which felt inappropriate and intimidating. Customer service matters just as much as the equipment, and unfortunately this experience did not meet basic expectations. I hope the company improves how they handle customer concerns and resolves refund issues in a more respectful and professional manner in the future.

The service was friendly but they didn't seem to know their inventory very well or trust that their computer system was right. It appears they also offer other party rental supplies but I did not utilize them for those items. Pick up and drop off was easy and they provided the bags for the dirty cloths. Overall it was an average experience...not bad but not great.

Checked this place out on a Wednesday evening with friends and it's the most fun I've had in years -- my inner child was overjoyed at the cool rides they have. Water zorbing, an obstacle course, bouncy houses, bouncy dodgeball and bungee jumping!! All in one place -- I'd stay forever if I could! The entire place is super clean and well-maintained and the staff is incredibly sweet, helpful and friendly! They have you sign a waiver and hand you the wristband of your choosing to enjoy the rides, very hassle free and easy check in process! Looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the 80's. I usually expect these kinds of places to be dirty but this one exceeded all expectations. Black gunk built up on all the surfaces from years upon years of dirty kids hands. Broken ping pong table, pieces of the wall hanging down, busted games, random springs hanging off the trampolines...it really has it all. On the plus side, the staff was super friendly.
