I researched several rental companies, and Absolute Rentals kept coming to the top of the list for best reviews. I wanted to write them off forever due to my prior experience, but I decided to give them another chance. The rental prices for the tables and chairs were very reasonable! They offer pickup and delivery of the equipment. The delivery service is where things get pricey. I went with delivery because the convenience of having them drop it off and pick it up was more valuable to me. The delivery service was great and friendly! They communicate with you the whole time and schedule a time that is convenient for you. They allow a few days after your event to pick up everything. But it doesn't just stop at tables and chairs. They have a room full of fabric. They have a huge selection of dishes, silverware and tablesettings. And they have some great accessories to help stage out any event. Aside from the selection, I think the helpful staff really makes Aztec stand out. There are times when I've contacted them with only a few weeks notice and they still have been able to make my wildest event planning dreams come true. They deliver, they pick up (just note that if your event is on a weekend you may get an additional charge for Sundays). And just all around make things easier! You don't have to be planning an event for hundreds of people to use them. Anyone can order supplies from Aztec.
