I'm very disappointed with my experience with BSB Party Rentals…read more I rented a bounce house for an event and requested a refund, but it was not issued despite the circumstances. What made the situation worse was the way the owner handled the complaint. Instead of working toward a solution, I felt I was treated unprofessionally and was even told they would go to my workplace to complain about me, which felt inappropriate and intimidating. Customer service matters just as much as the equipment, and unfortunately this experience did not meet basic expectations. I hope the company improves how they handle customer concerns and resolves refund issues in a more respectful and professional manner in the future.

Kimberly, who quickly replied back to my request on Thursday, came through for a Saturday party. We were constantly in communication and they had multiple options available for us. They were very friendly and a joy to work with! The tables and chairs were delivered Friday and were clean and in perfect condition. They allowed the pick up of the tables and chairs for the day after the party so we didn't have to hurry and have them ready on the same day. Their prices are amazing as well! I can't recommend them enough!

She was extremely responsive to all questions and requests during the month leading up to the wedding. If you think "I don't need a coordinator...I can handle it myself".....please think again. Leah was invaluable and in our opinion, worth every penny we spent! Thank you to Blume Haus and Leah for an amazing evening.

They were super nice on the phone. Prices are reasonable. But the real test was their VERY prompt arrival to deliver everything on time. The following day, Charlene and her husband returned, again on time. Both are charming people who are obviously quite good at what they do. Very efficient. Highly professional. We will absolutely support this local business with our future needs.

The online booking process was easy, we ordered the large package (up to 4 people, 1 large item, 1 medium item, 2 small items and glass bottles). Checking in was very swift and easy as well, Grant (the owner's husband) was super friendly and explained everything very clearly! We ended up getting to break a large wooden dresser, a wooden table with glass panels, an old monitor, and a keyboard. Tools for destruction (baseball bats, a large metal wrench, sledgehammers) goggles, gloves, and a JBL speaker were provided for us. You can even bring your own items to destroy as long as they aren't something with chemicals/oil in them. You can also bring your own tools to destroy things as long as they aren't blades. We got 50 minutes to destroy everything, we got everything done in about 45 minutes, so you get a decent time to break stuff. All cleanup is handled by the staff, so you don't have to worry about making a huge mess. That's the point! I would definitely return, was smiling and laughing all through the entire 50 minutes we got. Would recommend wearing a long sleeve, maybe jeans, and some thicker shoes/boots since you'll be stepping on glass most of the time. Be mindful that fragments of glass/wood WILL go flying, so be aware of your surroundings and use common sense. We had a blast and couldn't recommend this business more!
