She was at the sight almost every day. Her crew was very polite and very nice. (even the younger ones) The roof was completed in 2 days! They did a wonderful job, and the house looks great. The porch took a week to complete, the men were very courteous and friendly, again. They did a wonderful job. That porch roof will last quite a long time. It is very sturdy. I can once again sit outside and relax with a book and a cup of tea. I am considering using Chris again for some inside work I need done. The price was fair and didn't change. They installed stone over the brick fireplace and within a year a section of the stone fell off. The new mantle that was installed by them tilted so much over time you could not put anything thing on it. A section of the new ceiling tile they installed in the laundry room fell down because the staples were not long enough. The laminate flooring they installed has gaps at many of the joints because of improper installation. Some of the drywall joints are cracking thru the paint. They did install a new stone 4 x 6 shower and did a good job. All the repairs have been completed except for the flooring by a different contractor or myself.
