The new mantle that was installed by them tilted so much over time you could not put anything thing on it. A section of the new ceiling tile they installed in the laundry room fell down because the staples were not long enough. The laminate flooring they installed has gaps at many of the joints because of improper installation. Some of the drywall joints are cracking thru the paint. They did install a new stone 4 x 6 shower and did a good job. All the repairs have been completed except for the flooring by a different contractor or myself.

Could not communicate with them during the work. 2. I have a steep pitch roof. Workers supported their weight in our rain gutters at times damaging (bowing) them. CR refused to repair. 3. Cleanup was bad. Found many original fasteners scattered about our deck and driveway after they were done and gone. 4. Contract included replacing our bathroom vent in kind. First try they put the original back on. Second try replaced with a generic covering not anything like the original. Third try they got it right.
