My house is a duplex, and the tenant wasn't getting heat. Not acceptable. I called Demilio, told them the situation, they arrived within an hour, told me the part I needed was under warranty, and charged me only for labor. I'd have never known it was under warranty! Three hours after the call, the furnace was working again. I'll call them again. Definitely.
