I called Schultheis Bros for an estimate. I got there name off of the trans website as an authorized installer. From beginning too end Schultheis Bros where professional and did an amazing job. The sales gal came wrote up an estimate and gave it to us on the spot. Wife and I said ok and about a few days later she came back with lead installer too check over everything too make sure everything was going to be ok for the instal. He decided we did not need as big a but heating int or as big a ac unit as our third floor is not vented. The installers where fast and friendly and did an amazing job. They worked very clean and did not leave any mess at all. I would definetly recommend the Schultheis Bros team for all your heating and cooling needs.

First of all our appointment window to check our thermostat and tune up our boiler furnace was…read moresupposed to be from 8:00-12:00. Guy showed up at 4:30 pm! We wasted all day waiting. But the worse part was that after he played with the buttons on the thermostat, the McVay hvac guy said we needed a new thermostat for $285! We declined. We replaced the batteries ourselves and our old thermostat works fine. If they had been punctual and honest, instead making us wait all day and trying to sell us highly marked up product we didn't actually need, they would have a life time customer. Instead we will never use them again. (We don't know what location this was out of, since they have one central number, but as the branch shakes, the whole tree moves.)
