    I would strongly advise people to stay away from Crafton Heating and Cooling…read more I spent over $6,000 with this company for a new heating system that was still under warranty when my heat stopped working during freezing winter weather. After several nights without heat, a technician finally came out and diagnosed that two of the heating elements were not turning on. Instead of properly fixing the issue, he bypassed wires to the motor and charged me around $200. As soon as he left, my circuit breaker started tripping repeatedly. When I called them back, instead of correcting the wiring they recommended that I upgrade my breaker to a higher amp. I never had breaker issues before their technician modified the system. Because I still had no heat, I had to buy space heaters just to keep my small home warm, which caused my electric bill to jump to $776. I tried multiple times to speak with a supervisor named Jim, but every time I called I was told he was not available and would call back. Weeks later, I still never received a call. I finally had to hire another HVAC company to fix the problem, and they were shocked by how the system had been wired. If this is how they treat a customer who spent thousands of dollars on a system that was still under warranty, I cannot recommend them to anyone.

    Unfortunately, I trusted yelps five stars…read more I used yelp stars to choose The Movers, (express essential services ) at 322 North Shore Dr., Pittsburgh ) They arrived with a very small truck after I told express essential services EXACTLY what needed to be moved . They also had NO MOVING BLANKETS, NO DOLLY !! and many other things that I had been told by express essentials would definitely be provided. Because they had no dolly, I watched two young men carry one thing at a time There was almost nothing left to move from my old department , except furniture. It was beyond ridiculous. I quit listing all the things that were broken because it became so ridiculous. NIGHTMARE!! Almost Everything that they moved has been damaged Then Yelp contacted me and asked me to take down mybad review. They promised they would do something appropriate in a short time Well, I moved on March 21 The bad review is back!! I have never ever been treated so poorly , nor disrespected to that extent in my life!! And I'm well over 50

    NEVER AGAIN. They are AWEFUL. This is the WORST MOVING "company" I have ever dealt with…read more I reserved them for moving some light furniture and boxes from my 1br apt to a storage. They showed up 2 AND half HOURS LATE. No apology no notification. The manager "Sheree" would not even pick up the phone for the first 1 hour and kept refusing any call as I was trying to figure out if the movers are coming at all. When she picked-up she said, they are on their way and will arrive in 30 mins. No sign of them so I called 45 mins later, Sheree kept disconnecting the call again. When she picked up, she told me that the movers are wrapping up some work nearby and will arrive in 15 mins. 20 mins after that I get a call from a different phone and a guy said that they have just been informed of the move schedule and they are on their way and will arrive in 30 mins. The moment the movers arrived (after 2.5 hours of delay and near-radio-silence) Sheree contacted me 4 times (now all on a sudden available) to finish the whole payment while the movers did not even finish moving one box. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. Dealing with Sheree / Express Essential Services was horrendous experience

    Tudi Mechanical and their plumber, Drew, are excellent. I recommend them 100%…read more I am the executor of my parents' estate. In order to sell their 78 year old house, the Township, and separately, the Water Authority, required a plumbing dye test, inspection, and verification of a Backflow device. I called several plumbers and Tudi was the only company that responded quickly and explained to me how the process would work. I scheduled the inspection with the Township, but because of a misunderstanding on my part I had to reschedule, and Tudi's office staff, and their plumber, Drew, walked me through that process. Everyone at Tudi was very helpful in getting this resolved. The day of the inspection was bitterly cold and the ground was snow covered. Drew arrived early, walked me through the process and showed me what would be inspected, including the Backflow Device, the gutters, and the drains. When the Township inspectors arrived, Drew worked with them to run the tests. What should have taken at most an hour took 3 hours given the age and condition of the house and its plumbing. Drew worked extremely hard to ensure the inspection was handled appropriately. Thanks to Drew, the inspectors were able to complete the inspection and the house passed. Drew submitted a thorough report and I was very pleased by his work. Unfortunately, the Water Authority refused to pass the house. Despite Drew's report, that included the presence of the Backflow Device, that Drew personally showed to me, the Water Authority insisted the Backflow device did not exist and they would not pass the house. In response to my call for help, Drew called me at 7:30 am, told me how to send the right pictures and description to the Water Authority and gave me his direct telephone number for them to call so that he could personally explain to them that the Backflow device did indeed exist, as he had explained in his report that the Water Authority had already been given. Thanks to Drew and his professionalism, the Water Authority quickly corrected their decision and passed the house. We were able to complete the sale of the house on time. My family and I are deeply grateful to Tudi and to Drew. They worked hard to make a difficult situation work for us. We would use them again in a heartbeat.
