I called Schultheis Bros for an estimate. I got there name off of the trans website as an authorized installer. From beginning too end Schultheis Bros where professional and did an amazing job. The sales gal came wrote up an estimate and gave it to us on the spot. Wife and I said ok and about a few days later she came back with lead installer too check over everything too make sure everything was going to be ok for the instal. He decided we did not need as big a but heating int or as big a ac unit as our third floor is not vented. The installers where fast and friendly and did an amazing job. One hundred percent of the work was unusable. After further investigation, I discovered that Ray is not licensed or insured and does not hold a valid Home Improvement Contractor license. Had this been disclosed upfront, I would never have allowed him on the job. When I started calling Ray out on the poor workmanship and asking for answers, his attitude immediately changed. Instead of fixing the problem, he became defensive and evasive. The situation escalated when Ray entered the property without authorization, which was captured on my security cameras, went into the basement, and removed the boiler. We are now dealing with attorneys, court fees, and court proceedings as a result. He is extremely unorganized, constantly pushes jobs off, and drags timelines out endlessly. What should have been a straightforward job turned into nearly three months of delays and excuses. Do not use this company. Stay away. Buyer beware. Don't say I didn't warn you.

They even stayed late into Friday night to make sure all the radiators bled and the heat was running properly as it should. It was a complicated job, but it turned out to be a reasonable bill, and these knights in shining armor even put my garage door, which I had reversed into that day, back on its tracks for me! Ray went above and beyond to make sure the water damage stopped and that my pipes wouldn't freeze by fixing the problem as quickly as possible. He also never speaks down to you and helps you understand what's going on in a really helpful way, and he is super responsive to calls and texts. My old boiler is about 65 years old. My 2nd floor radiators where not getting hot. The 2nd floor…read morewas always cold in my house. In the past, I had called 2 different heating companies to look at the boiler in my house. Both companies said my boiler was working fine, but yet my 2nd floor was still cold. I had called Lawerence plumbing to look at my furnace. Lawerence plumbing sent 2 technicians, Sam and Ed. It only took 5 minutes and they found the problem. The PSI in the water system was only at 5 Lbs, when it should have been at 15 Lbs. The valves that controls the water pressure in the boiler was corroded and stuck. The boiler system was old, and several other valves were also in need of replacement. Surprisingly, they were able to replace the old worn-out parts without breaking other parts. That's always the fear of working on old plumbing, things tend to snowball. They had to replace some bleeder valves on two of the radiators also. To make a long story short, Sam and Ed did a terrific job fixing my boiler. They were able to restore heat to my 2nd-floor without costing me a small fortune. If I ever need a plumber again, I will gladly call Lawerence Plumbing. They did a terrific job at an honest price. If I do call them again, I hope they send Sam & Ed again.
