And tried to sell me something on the hot water tank he said would adjust the flow another thousand dollars. I passed on that. However, the cartridge they supposedly replaced costing $400 didn't solve the problem. A different plumbing service was called and I sat and watched him pull out a used cartridge indicating that Warhold never put in a new cartridge for which I was charged $400. Incidentally, I learned the cartridge was not the problem. There was a small chunk of solder in the line causing the low flow. That plumber charged me $50. I just lost $400 to Warhold and got nothing in return.
