I used this company years ago. I bought a new furnace and air conditioning unit. We got rid of our chimney so they piped out from our wall for the furnace. They the wrong wall so they had to fix it. We only got to use our whole house air for only a little over 5 years because it quit working and when I called they said our warranty was for 5 years. I really thought it was for 10 years. I spent alot of money for their services but was very disappointed. read more

I have used Arendosh Heating & Cooling on four separate occasions. Each time I've been able to get a quick appointment, in fact, today I got an appointment two hours after I've called, and had a professional, friendly service person each time. The services they've performed have ranged from replacing a burnt out motor in my HVAC unit, having the vents cleaned, to replacing a thermostat (that I broke!), to recharging my A/C with freon. Are they cheap? No - but they do a good job and in my experiences have never taken advantage of me or tried to get me to have services done that I didn't need. The service call is $95 and then you are charged for whatever needs repaired or for parts. I'll continue to call them when I need HVAC repairs or vent cleaning. read more

I hired Arendosh to install a new furnace, and add in a new central air unit in winter/spring 2016 for an old house I was remodeling. This turned out to be a much, much bigger job than they originally anticipated and quoted, but they never asked for more money. Most of the ductwork needed changed out, which wasn't part of the original contract, but they swapped it out anyways. I especially liked working with Gary; he was extremely nice and professional. I would definitely use them again. I appreciate a company that honors their original price regardless of new work that arises, because that's something I would do at my business too. read more

Wish I could give a zero. Poor customer service. AND extremely rude female employee that answers the phone at least one of them. I have been a customer for 7 years. NEVER had an issue till today. I had an appointment for regular service check up. I asked a question to the service tech and he acted like it was a problem I wanted to know what he was doing. Then I tried to confirm with the office that what he was doing was regular protocol. The woman that answered the phone sounded rude and angry the entire time, kept cutting me off. I let her finish and then when I asked to talk to her boss, then she called me basically said I was stupid. Manager seemed ok, but hard to know if you can trust him when his employees are unprofessional. I think it is completely reasonable to ask what is happening in your home. Apparently they do not even when you are paying for a service. read more

Called them for routine cleaning of our two furnaces. One furnace is older. The technician told me that we needed to replace the older furnace due to heavy corrosion. He did not perform the cleaning I had hired him to do but still charged me $90 to "diagnose." Had a second company out for a second opinion. He applied a little oil to one part, furnace works perfectly and he said it does not need to be replaced. He literally said that the technician from Arendosh was lying when he wrote up the problems and that they were just trying to sell me a furnace. Very sad that this is not a trustworthy company. read more

The Aerondosh Service was close to 5 Stars but the Financing with Wells Fargo is horrible (-5 stars) from a customer service standpoint. I was told at the time of purchase (from Aerondosh) that the financing was 12 months same as cash, but they failed to state I still had to make monthly payments. Without that awareness, I paid 80% of my total amount due in the 1st month and choose not to make the next months payment. Wells Fargo charged me a late fee for missing that month even though I paid $5K in advance. Wells Fargo did agree to waive the fee one time but refused to allow me to miss any future payments. I called customer service and they said they'd look into my complaint and it sounded promising at first. But ultimately Well Fargo's idea of resolution was to sent me 10 pages of legal terms and conditions of my credit card contract. Basically saying that even though you paid several months worth in advance, due to the legal terms (implying that I was too stupid to realize), we can't allow you to miss future payments w/o a late fee. A huge "Tough Luck" response. I call the Wells Fargo Customer Analyst and she reiterated a contract was sign and again implied tough luck. She could not even show a hint of compassion for my situation. Now I still owe $250 monthly, which I no longer have since I paid $5K in advance and they will now charge me a late fee if I miss. Anyway, I TOTALLY recommend Aerondosh, but I would never EVER use Wells Fargo for financing. I would never get a Wells Fargo financial product in the future either. Wells Fargo Customer service is anti-customer service and that company should not be rewarded with anyone's business. read more

HORRIBLE service! They scheduled me for an appointment and then refused to come because they scheduled it incorrectly. The owner wouldn't even speak to me on the phone. Do not use this company if you actual need anything accomplished in real life. They failed before they even got to the door!!! read more

Called them to make an appointment to take a look at our air conditioning. They notified me the next day, an hour a head of time, before coming over. Appreciated that. The arrived at our house and took a look. They did, I have no clue what, but is running as it's brand new. read more

I called Arendosh and the service tech said he had the part i knew i needed, this was after hours. He got here , didnt do one thing except stare at the furnace and said he didnt have the part. he said he could get the part for 496 dollars. I laughed and said I didnt want the part and he told me that the service call would be 120 bucks. I paid it and the way I look at it is it only cost me 120 bucks to badmouth the heck out of these overpriced crooks that never even did anything and still charged me the money. Arendosh if your reading this. that will be the worst 120 dollars you ever earned , CROOKS and LIARS !!!!! read more

i wish i could give zero stars for these chumps. their heating units are a worthless! ok...let me back up. their heating units when on are awesome. they work instantly and they heat up and cool down a room in good enough time. however, whatever is inside telling it to turn on and off sucks! it defrosts at 50 degrees and blows cold air in for no reason when it's on heat and it's 10 degrees outside. the unit could never keep the temperature of a room consistent even when these things weren't going on. their maintenance team is a joke. they call tenants asking them to help do their jobs for them and were never prompt when the units needed work. my electricity bill was through the roof both winters i've been in my place. if you are a landlord don't even think about getting this! your tenants will dread getting the electricity bill every month and whine about it every second of every day. if you are a potential tenant be aware! you're adding a huge chunk to your living expenses by living at a place with these units. read more
