They installed stone over the brick fireplace and within a year a section of the stone fell off. The new mantle that was installed by them tilted so much over time you could not put anything thing on it. A section of the new ceiling tile they installed in the laundry room fell down because the staples were not long enough. The laminate flooring they installed has gaps at many of the joints because of improper installation. Some of the drywall joints are cracking thru the paint. They did install a new stone 4 x 6 shower and did a good job. All the repairs have been completed except for the flooring by a different contractor or myself.

He was easy to contact, and came quickly so that he could assess the damage. His estimate was below what I was expecting. He repointed the chimney, found the hole in my roof, AND completely refinished my wall (replastered and painted)! This home was built in the 1930s, and John Henry Roofing left this massive project looking like new! I would highly recommend this company.

Both new roofs ended up leaking inside my home, (which is what I was trying to prevent/correct in the first place). I called multiple times to have someone come to view the damage done but never received a visit. One ceiling over the family room is spotted from leaks and I had to have the living room ceiling completely re-plastered due to a hole put into my main roof while working on the roof over the front porch. That porch roof was built using old buckled shingles and a gutter where all attachments are exposed. I haven't even mentioned what it cost me to have the roofing repaired, where possible, or the impact on other portions of the house such as torn screens and dented gutters. I would never recommend these contractors for roofing and most likely would never consider them for any other project.
