I visited the store, explained what I wanted to do, dimensions, constraints, and they helped me determine what I needed. They answered all my questions. Provided recommendations to improve the installation. I also have some cottage design constraints that required non-standard metal that they are forming for me. I needed special bends for a bank of windows, facia, and my bottom sill. The Duncansville location is the factory where the sheet metal is bent. They have large rolls of metal in their warehouse and a sophisticated machine that rolls the metal into the shapes required. If you are planning a job take your measurements and visit the store, talk to them, look at the samples in the showroom. They can pull out technicians who actually bend the metal to help with custom bends. I had a very positive experience and great customer service. I'll be doing business with them again.
