I know it's a part of it, but never thought I would have to go through it when I did. I wasn't there when my dad initially selected the stone, but he did a good job on that part. I did go to a follow up meeting with him and this establishment and they are top notch. My dad had some requests for the stone and they accommodated each request. Before moving forward on any step they would contact him and then he would give the OK. Each and every request he had made, or want they have come through with. They did a custom design for our last name and made it to look like my mom's signature. This was probably the longest part of it all. They would send us a rendering and we would tell them what didn't look right and the would correct it and send it back. When we gave the OK, they completed the stone. Having the stone installed was a bit tricky. Not something they could control. As the weather started to turn colder they were at the behest of Mother Nature. But once they got moving on the footer for the stone they had it installed and just waiting to have the adhesive set. I just recently went to view it, as hard hitting of an event as it is, and I am beyond pleased with how professional they were and kind hearted they treated us in our time of grief. Like I said, they will work with you for your requests. They have many stones to choose from, but they also offer other items that can be used for afterlife care.
