First, I want to start by saying the job they did on my basement was outstanding. I even had a leak…read morea year or so after repairs were made and Danny scheduled to have it fixed immediately. The issue I have is my neighbor had his attorney send me a demand letter asking that I relocate the discharge pipe that was installed by Bracken, so it no longer discharges towards his property. PA law is very clear on directing water towards your neighbor's property so there for the discharge should have never be placed where it was. I reached out to Danny and explained the situation to him and asked if he could move the discharge pipe. Danny did state that after 14 years he normally wouldn't do anything but under these circumstances he would make arrangements to have the repair done. After Danny didn't show up on the agreed date I reached out again asking if he still planned on making the repairs or if I should try to find a contractor that could. After a couple of days of not hearing back from Danny I just ended up scheduling the repairs with another contractor. I know the system has been installed for 14 years, however when the law is as clear as it is about discharging water in your neighbor's direction, I would think the repairs would fall on the company that installed the system. In my opinion it is their responsibility to know the law surrounding those circumstances and fully comply with them. Unfortunately, instead of Bracken making the repairs it cost me $240 for another contractor to complete the work.

The representative, sales person Brian, who came to meet with us for an estimate was very reassuring and informative about what would be done. He said that it was amazing no jacks had been put in previously, the distance between the beams was much too far and the wooden joists were cracking. He provided a comprehensive proposal and was ready to talk with us on the phone before we had the work scheduled to be completed. This was very helpful to calm our worries. The work that was done was, fast, efficient and we are very happy with the result. Chis was our foreman, many thanks to him! I recommend this company very highly. It's hard to trust a company that you might find on the internet. I think that we were very lucky that we were able to find Keystone. We improved the value of our property. Friends and family were uncomfortable with the pricing and it was hard on our budget but the quality and timeliness that Keystone provided was definitely worth what we paid for in my opinion.

Today service manager Lee Cochrane came out for a request to relocate the unit to the furnace room where it would be less prominent, basically out of sight. What I thought would be a long and costly solution, Lee moved the unit in minutes connecting to condensation pump line to the one on the furnace. No need to drill a new hole to the outside. I'm very impressed with this company and would recommend them to friends and family.

With him being so conscientious about this project I knew my yard was in good hands. Don took an old rugged, rocky, without form drainage ditch and made it look beautiful. He dug out the old sometimes large rocks and created a really nice ditch. He then followed up with laying limestine that look amazing from the beginning to the end. I wanted to have some rocks for myself to outline the top and make the existing structure flow into the new one and he did that for me! After completion of the ditch he then brought in topsoil to cover areas where the equipment was and spread grass seed and straw. I would highly recommend Don for any kind of outside projects he's amazing.
