Only 2 bothered to show up. The one guy was a complete idiot. He was trying to fill the system knowing everything was broken. Luckily he didn't flood our house due to the severity of the breaks. Needless to say, he was out! Steve showed up and explained everything in detail. I was impressed by his knowledge. We also needed a plumber with a crew, because of the amount of damage. All of his workers (mainly family) were awesome. A special thank you to John and Joseph, (they were our main workers). They completed everything in a timely, and professional manor. The price was fair also for as big of a job as it was. If you need a great plumbing service, they are the guys for the job!!!

First off, I appreciate Kaith's installing a new propane furnace in very cold weather within two…read moreweeks of our old oil furnace dying. The new furnace seems to be working great and is energy-efficient. However, there were several issues that I tried to address via phone calls and messages, and they refuse to call me back. First off, when the technician confirmed that our old furnace wasn't economically feasible to repair, we asked many detailed questions about the new furnace, its installation, removing the old furnace, etc. I asked about removing the oil tanks which were approximately half-full, and what would happen to the oil within. He said they pumped it out and while he could not guarantee it, they typically could find someone to use it and would credit me at the amount of about half the going rate per gallon. When it was time to remove the oil tanks, they pumped out approximately 300 gallons of oil, and I overhead their conversation about taking it to someone and not to waste it, so I know it was used. We did not receive a credit for it on our final bill (which we paid in full), and they have ignored multiple phone calls and detailed messages from me about this matter. So someone got 300 gallons of oil on our dime, and they have taken zero steps to address this with me. Second, they removed the pipes on the outside of the house where the oil was pumped in, but then did not concrete over them like they told me they did. I specifically asked about this after seeing the concrete over the holes where the pipes were in the basement, and they guy indicated that it was done. Well, it was not done at all (see photo). Third, I found multiple cigarette butts all over my lawn. Aside from being rude and unprofessional, I have dogs running around that could eat them and become ill. How about you just pick up your trash and not litter the customer's lawn? So while I'm pleased with the new propane furnace, I'm not pleased with their customer service at all. If you choose to deal with Kaith's, I strongly recommend that you get everything in writing before you begin the project.

We have been this whole time with no heat. I have called them several times. The comment they gave me was we are focusing on people with no heat. What the hell do you think I have been calling you for. Right away the lady said oh we will have to call you back. No call back did that several other times but I could never get an answer. They always said they had to call me back. My pipes have frozen several times. No respect with this company I would not recommend them to anyone. I called another local family owned business. They are putting my furnace in within one week of coming out. This company I am not sure how they stay in business.

Field supervisor showed up took look at damage and said not to worry we will turn this damage done in kitchen and will start water restoration and get contractor here to repair wall in kitchen and flooring. it has been almost three weeks and no contractor after me giving them my deductible to do complete repairs. there restoration crew set up dehumidifier which malfunctioned and destroyed flooring where stove was by blowing water out back warping it. cut too much of wall out and never took out bad insulation in floor. We hired another contractor, so we had to pay another deductible and take out loan to get the job done they said they were going to do. new contractor explained that their work was insufficient and not even close to fix problem. two water and drain should have only cost 350.00 dollars, so i got took on that and flooring should have been all cut out of damaged material. Field supervisor really pulled a good one and feel he just ignored us and could care less what we went through with kitchen and laundry we couldn't use. There total bill was over $2.200. dollars for tearing hell out of my kitchen and not even close to finishing what hell they started. We went through hell living like this. Would not recommend them at all. I got cheated and ripped off.

Until it was finally determined though, the smell and the symptoms it was causing, required me to keep all my windows open during cold, snowy weather. Brian Hale and his crew came several times to try and help me figure out the cause because I thought it was a sewer gas leak. They were all very patient and knowledgeable with reasonable and fair pricing. They tested the indoor plumbing and felt the issue was below the foundation (which did end up being the case), which was outside their scope of work since it wasn't a plumbing issue. Brian in particular was very respectful, humble, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering my many questions as I was desperate to find a cause and solution to the problem. I would definitely highly recommend and hire them again for plumbing issues due to their professionalism, respectful and helpful attitudes, plumbing knowledge, quick response, and fair pricing. I also called them again this morning because I had an emergency water pipe breakage. It was a Saturday morning, so they weren't technically in, but Brian still called me back within 5 minutes to see if I had found help yet. Highly recommend!
