This was the first time I came and it was about a 1 1/2 before they closed. I called and asked if they would be okay with me coming in for a full set or if they would like me to wait until tmrw and they said today was fine. I showed up and it was pretty busy which wasn't a big deal so I waited about 30 minutes and finally got called in by the guy nail tech. He sat at chair one and he's the one who usually answers the phone. He barely asked me any questions so I showed him the set I wanted and it was fairly simple. I wanted all nails painted a solid color except for one which was a simple floral design on the ring nail. He seemed very aggravated arguing with another nail tech when filing my nails, which I thought was already very unprofessional. He continues to file my nails not really paying attention when all the sudden he burned me not once but twice. I didn't really care about him burning me but when I told him it was burning he rolled his eyes at me!! I was very shocked by this reaction. Fast forward and while he's cutting my cuticles he starts to argue with someone and actually cut my finger which caused it to bleed! He didn't just cut me once but THREE TIMES!!!! He gave a very un-apologetic apology and proceeded to put gel polish over the open wounds. I may not know a lot about nails but I know enough to say you shouldn't be doing that. I was really disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care for my overall nail health. I went in today for a gel fill-in and a pedicure for a wedding this weekend! This was my 4th trip in and I will NEVER go back. She absolutely butchered my nails and cuticles. I was 2-1/2 weeks out from my last visit, and this is what I got with raw cuticles! She kept messing up and had to trim more and more. Plus, look near my cuticles how uneven my wavy my polish is! We won't even talk about my pedi. At the end of this over 2-hour 20 minute visit, she took $4 off! On top of this, she acted disgusted and a little rude that I wanted to go with a lighter pink that I started out with! read more

This place is horrible! I tried once again to see , but it was the biggest mistake. The owners are rude and pretend they don't understand English. You ask for something and they do what they want to charge you extra . They are over priced the times I've been here for the exact same thing they have a different price oh and an extra 2$ charge if you use a credit card. Now I can see why they don't have a sign up so you can see how much your going to pay for what you. Not to mention how lumpy the gel nail polish looks. I was over charged a total of 23$ read more

If I could give zero stars I would. However my nails look nice & the color I picked was pretty but to say the customer service is subpar is an understatement! I was sat down & told I couldn't get what I needed,ok. She filed my nails, filled them in, polished, buffed them and that's it. My cuticles look like crap, she did not file under my nails as that looks awful too , there's food dye from my daughters Birthday party because she did not even try to clean under my nail or have me wash my hands! I understand the get in & get out style of business but customer service has to play in at some point! If I wanted a nice polish I could have done that at home. Any salon should clean your nails up including cuticles, use the shaping tool under your nail to get rid of your new nail growth, & make sure you have a polished clean look. I shouldn't be leaving with ragged cuticles/edges, disgusting nails underneath & dissatisfied. I believe the staff has been trained on technique. This is where quality should be over quantity & I will not return! read more

I went and got a pedicure this afternoon and I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone. Over priced and pedicure was below average. I paid $48 and ended up with not even being able to tell a difference other than a polish change. I have added pics for everyone to see. They are reasonably priced, but a little busy. If you don't go at a slow time, you'll be there for way longer than expected.

I have went here several times and have had no issues until today. Not only do my nails look terrible and chunky, they no longer allow you to tip on your card. After paying I asked if I could add my tip and I was told no. I then had to get cash out of the ATM machine that charges $2 to withdrawal money. I took my daughter and her cousin to get their nails done. Just a gel Polish and a design on one finger. The lady who came up to take my cousin back refused my daughters nail Polish selection stating "no it's more money" took the color wheel and told her to pick something else. when they took the girls back I specified that they were not doing manicures just Polish. The girls wanted a flower on one finger. They knew ahead of time that the flowers were an extra cost and so did I. My problem was not the refusal of my daughters choice polish but that when they were done one girl was charged $27 and the other was charged $29. FOR THE EXACT SAME THING. same Polish same design. On one girl they did the full manicure service and charged $27 and the other they only did polish and charged me $29. as an avid nail salon user who goes every other weekend and spends $200+ each time I know what to expect. This was not professional and absolutely absurd to have the same service and two different prices. I will never go here again and intend to tell everyone about this experience read more
