This was definitely on more of the pricier side, but I thought my nail tech did an excellent job and I'm really happy with how my nails turned out. The facility was also clean and very nice on the inside. They were pretty busy the day of my appointment so it was a bit of a wait but I wasn't too bothered by it. Every time, they deliver. I haven't worked with the same technician twice, but each has been fantastic and nails what I am looking for. I love the space and the fact that parking is covered for free within the building. They always have availability and their prices are honestly really reasonable! Nails in general are expensive to maintain now, so expect it to cost at least $60 with tip for gel. These ones will last you for at least 6 weeks tho, so it's worth it in my book! Happy pampering!

Especially when getting nail treatments I am very particular about cleanliness to avoid infections and Cozy Nails & Spa was definitely up to par. Additionally they had cute decorations throughout and always have entertaining shows on in the background. I got a special set done about a month ago for my birthday but this most recent time I was coming in to get it removed and a normal manicure to let my nails breathe. My nail technician was Chia. She was very kind and did a great job checking in with me and making sure she was doing what I wanted. One of my favorite things about Cozy is that every time I have gone, I make an appointment, and they honor that. Lots of other nail spas will take walk ins even with an appointment on the way and you have to wait to get started 30 minutes past your appointment time. This has never been the case for me at Cozy. Chia did a great job and was done within 45 minutes. The total for gel x removal and manicure was $48. The pedicure was good... the lady doing it was very sweet, no issues with her and she did a pretty good job. I asked for a discount considering the wait time. The owner didn't agree to any discount but told me they would send me something in the mail for the future.... understandable I guess (not like I'll be going back there unless the discount is very significant.) What really made me mad though was that I was never apologized to for the wait time... not once. I completely understand that they may have been understaffed or just overbooked on accident and I did my best to be polite about everything, didn't raise my voice or argue back and forth at all. But the owner was completely rude... wait times are one thing but poor customer service is another. A simple apology would have been very appreciated. I've now been to Cinema twice and will go back again. I've seen Aimee both times. She's friendly, she listens, she's efficient, and she gives a great haircut and does an excellent job with brow waxing too. $65 + tip for a cut & brows is a little steep for Madison prices but it's worth it. I like that you can book online, that the greeters are friendly and not snooty like in so many places and offer tea or water, that I haven't had to wait for my scheduled appointment (that drives me CRAZY), and, get this: they have freshly popped bags of popcorn for you.

I was seated right away, and my tech got to work while I selected a color from a large binder of dip samples. Music was nice in the salon, pretty relaxing. My tech was working VERY fast, which at first, I was really impressed with. However, as my service progressed, I had to ask twice for re work since the dip application was not extending to the whole nail edges, and was looking lumpy. Towards the end of the service, there was no effort to try to clean the excess build up under my nails, which was THICK! I realized I was being rushed as 'a regular' came in, and was immediately catered to, which I totally understand, but that shouldn't short change my service quality that much. The price was affordable, but I'd rather pay $5-$10 more for a quality result that lasts, and that I don't have to spend 30 minutes cleaning myself. Unfortunately, as a first timer, I wouldn't go back or recommend for drop in services. Perhaps going regularly with an appointment would yield better service and results.
