Based on the reviews, I requested Amy, and she gave me one of the best manicures I've ever had. My nails are absolutely flawless--I looked at them from every angle, and I genuinely couldn't find a single imperfection! Amy was incredibly gentle, meticulous, and clearly takes pride in her work. The salon itself was clean, modern, and welcoming. It was also obvious that she truly cares about her clients--I heard her thank customers by name as they were leaving, which was such a thoughtful, personal touch. The other staff member I saw was just as friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this salon, and I'll definitely be coming back!

Both men and women perform the services, and each one does it differently, which was very interesting. My feet were softened and smoothed, another walked out with less of a good job on this. All came out fine in the end. However, as it seems to be expected, the techs chatter in their own language (I am fine with this), but when they speak to each other and then laugh as they look at us, it is not very comfortable. All in all it was a fine experience. There are a lot of services to choose from

Kat even went above and beyond to refill a toe that had been accidentally shattered and needed repair. I am so appreciative of the services performed and all the welcoming I received. There was also a private room for lashes and waxing, and two bathrooms. Kat (the owner), along with her staff, were extremely accommodating. She let us set up a small table with treats and goodies, and also offered beverages (wines and water) during their services. I don't get my nails done too often, but this stood out to me. A set of set of sealed and sterile tools were pulled out and used each time. From what I recall, most technicians place their tools in bin or glass with water, and do a quick rinse or microwave before using them. The tools here definitely seem more reassuring! And seems more efficient. Kat was also very knowledgeable and openly shared info when asked. Overall, we had a great time here! The only reason I subtracted a star was because my classic mani/pedi is already chipping and it's only been a couple days! This was probably my fault for not choosing shellac or dip--but I'm definitely going back for a French Ombré!

Its like they've never seen this kind of condition before. When they spoke in their native language I knew what they were talking and laughing about bcuz they pointed to my feet and laughed when they spoke. They would tell me my feet were gross and when they saw me come in each time they would try to appear busy so they wouldn't have to service my feet. I left crying twice and never went back. I went to Q Nails and Hoon was so kind to me and said she sees this daily. This is the business they are in so she finds it odd and very rude to do what they did.
