The male was sarcastic and funny acting, the female never properly clipped and cleaned the nails and cuticles before applying the acrylic to the nails. The service was rushed and unfriendly. The lady was rude talking in a foreign language on her phone the whole time while attempting to do my nails in which she messed up the hearts and didn't get the acrylic up to the finger part where the cuticle was never cut and pushed back properly. Also, the acrylic was not properly placed over the nail fully and now the nails are coming up, bubbling up and cracking and my friends nail has now come off at a week and two days later when they should be staying on about three weeks in which she doesn't do any strenuous work that involve her hands. Also, when my best friend went to pay, they tried to hassle her out of her money to pull it out of a time machine and said that they would take off five dollars off of the 200 and something dollars that she owed and asked several times. Today, my best friend called and expressed her concerns about our nails coming up and not being done correctly, and the lady was belligerent and rude about this and was not willing to be understanding and was screaming at my best friend. I do not recommend anybody go here and have anything done as they feel they can do shitty work, rush, lie and try to swindle people out of money so that they can pocket it by having them pull it out of a Time Machine. Also the lady was rude to my female friend calling her saying oh you man and your female that came in and the man made comments to my husband about why wasn't or that he should being paying for my nails and toes when that's none of yalls business and not professional at all!! The last 2 times she had the same older gentleman and been charged way over the amount I been normally paying. First time he asked if she wanted a freestyle and gave her a couples line and charged her roughly $20 for it. It's not her style so I definitely believe her when she said she didn't ask for it nor know about the price. She had a normal fill with almond shape recently and also been charged around $10 more than normal. Her cousins request Belle, Lee, or the other taller guy there and always get the most intricate designs for roughly the same amount. I'll have her try one more time in the future but maybe request one of those 3 instead. Ask them the price before you do anything, it's pretty random
