This will be the 10th vehicle we have purchased with Cross Pointe Auto. Thank Jose Meraz for…read morelistening and helping with the exact vehicle that meets our needs. We have had a wonderful experience for several years. Our two kids have made their purchase through Cross Pointe. We have moved away from Amarillo, but no matter where we live. We kept coming back. We have been treated VIP with Cross Pointe Auto. There's no need to travel to them. Jose makes sure our new vehicle gets delivered to us. Jose makes sure the car is at tip-top before delivery. We love the new car smell.

However, when I went to pick it up, we discovered a rattle, which they told me they would pay to repair and sent me to a Kwik-I-Car. I was there all of ten minutes before the mechanic told me they couldn't do anything about it. The rattle was still there when i took the car to the dealership to get the oil leak fixed, and they told me they would get that fixed as well, no charge. So I sat for three-four days without a car, but thought it was fine. Then a check engine light came on. Que about a week of no car as they fixed all these issues. Then I went to pick it up, and Wallace the sales rep tried to refill the windshield cleaning fluid, only to discover the reservoir was badly damaged. So I have to get that fixed. I thought that was the end of it until today, when i tried to get my car inspected, only to discover that the horn had no wires connecting it to the steering wheel. I literally have been driving a car that is legally unable to pass inspection. I don't know if these guys just don't use good mechanics or are intentionally ignoring things, but being told "it's not like we haven't put any money into it" when i spent 15,000 of my own money doesn't feel great.
