The way he was acting, I can bet on anything he was under the influence.... i really hope my review doesn't get filter so people can know about that idiot. So far lady on the phone was polite respectful. I will be calling until they do something about it. Oh this guy did not drop his cigarette for a second. Second had smoke was killing me. In short: Very welcoming, friendly, accommodating staff, has…read morecomfortable facility for waiting, quick to finish work, very reasonable prices The story: My sister, myself and my two cats were on a roadtrip from Los Angeles to Michigan, and on Day 2 we arrived in Amarillo, TX for lunch. After we hopped back in our car, the check engine light came on, and my Ford Focus (2004 SE, 2.3L) was shuddering/jerking very strongly in idle and in drive. Fortunately, I've had this problem already occur in the past year -- so I knew that a different one of my cylinders was misfiring, and that I specifically needed another new ignition coil (I had paid $600 for parts+labor in West Los Angeles). I called a few auto shops within a mile radius. One said they were heavily backed up with other customers. One said they were booked for the rest of the week. Top Gun said they could look at the car immediately, and could definitely replace the ignition coil within an hour and for ~$300 if that was indeed the problem, so I rolled in. They let me sit with my two cats (in carriers) in the waiting room while they ran diagnostics. Came back maybe 15 minutes later, and told me I was right about the ignition coil. 45 minutes later, the job was done for $300, half the price I paid the first time in LA for a different coil, and we were back on the road for our adventure! I'm extremely grateful that we found them. Great service quality, price and speediness, and a very trustworthy, accommodating and friendly staff. I'd recommend any friend to their facility. Thank you again, Top Gun! :)

I am extremely disappointed with the RV Mobile Service and would not recommend them to anyone!…read moreTheir technician admitted he wasn't sure what was wrong with my RV AC but still charged me over $800 to replace a fan motor that did not fix the problem and told me I would need a brand new AC unit. He was unprofessional, even forgetting to hang up the phone complaining about me when he called me short notice with a drive home from work 22 mins away as he had something more important to do and did not want to be on the job long. After he installed the motor, he told me how he hated the brand of air conditioner that was on my RV and left me with a unfixed AC unit with extreme heat forecasted over the next week. He told me they would give me a quote the next day for a brand new AC unit, but it wont be cheap. I paid in full for horrible service and felt disrespected along with just getting ripped off as the service charge on top of the $800+ was $250 for absolutely the worst service for nothing! I then called Red Rover RV for a second opinion, and Matt had his technician Joe quickly came the next day. Joe discovered the wires had been crossed during the fan motor installation and the real issue was simply the capacitor. Joe fixed it in 30 minutes, was honest and knowledgeable, and saved me from replacing an AC unit I didn't need. Red Rover was professional and trustworthy and very fair priced! I would not recommend RV Mobile Services as they will rip you off!!!!
