So we were able to get ahold of Shanan and he was more than helpful. After towing our rental van all the way to a charge station for it to not be able to charge- he towed us 3+ hours away after attempting to help for at that point several hours. At the time of our arrival to our destination it was pouring rain. Still shanan did all he could to get the car in a parking spot for us as it wouldn't start at all. Not even neutral.
