Hands down the most helpful and accommodating tow service. We are new to Texas, on our road trip across several states our rental broke down at 12am and being a triple A member, the area we were in they weren't able to find someone for what we needed (dead hybrid battery unable to charge). So we were able to get ahold of Shanan and he was more than helpful. After towing our rental van all the way to a charge station for it to not be able to charge- he towed us 3+ hours away after attempting to help for at that point several hours. At the time of our arrival to our destination it was pouring rain. Still shanan did all he could to get the car in a parking spot for us as it wouldn't start at all. Not even neutral. If you are in need of a tow we'd highly recommend this tow company. Great experience with the given circumstances. Super nice gentleman, and he was more than willing to do all he could to help us. I had issues with my rental truck on my way to Amarillo. I arranged to have them meet me at my hotel parking lot. Dustin was ready and waiting when I got there. He ran his diagnostics and consulted with the truck rental on the results, and hypothesized I'd had some watered down fuel. Sure enough, running the truck nearly dry and refilling seemed to do the trick. He called me later the next day to confirm the results. Impressive and quick service!! We had a flat trailer tire and he came in 30 min fixed it in under 5 and we were on our way!

Not a good place to go if stuck with a flat tire. Owner was mean and cussing me for there driver towing my trailer. I have AAA. I told them I wanted to goto Walmart 60 miles away. He didn't take me to where I wanted to go, He took me to there shop and it is nothing but a BIG RIG shop They are not equipped for passenger car. Total charge's that day with AAA $200.00 for a used tire. and Damaged my Jeep. Chet the owner is an ass. read more
