Within minutes, he diagnosed the issue, but unfortunately, the parts wouldn't arrive before closing time. That's when Chris went above and beyond. Seeing we were stranded in an unfamiliar town with three kids in tow, he personally drove us to a nearby Super 8. No hesitation, no fuss--just genuine kindness. He even recommended a few local spots to grab dinner, which turned out to be great. The next morning, right on cue at 9:30, Chris called to say our car was ready. Not only was the service fast and flawless, but the price was also incredibly fair--he could've charged more, but he didn't. Chris didn't just fix our car--he restored our faith in good people. The shop isn't open on Sunday but I was able to drop my vehicle off since I am passing through town . I got the only taxi service available In town to go to Amarillo for rental car. The owner met me on the day shop is closed so I could tell him car history and problem. Owner took a look at issue and was able to give me a synopsis ASAP on Sunday. The work hasn't been completed yet, but so far I am very impressed and appreciative of the kindness on an off day . So far the repair shop has gone above and beyond to aid me when distressed in the middle of no where.

I called the local U-Haul location while trying to figure out what to do, and they referred me to Hills Motors Towing. That is when I met Jeremy, the owner/operator. I can honestly say I have never met a more family-oriented, customer-service-focused business owner. Jeremy agreed to pick us up and tow us, and he arrived within under 30 minutes. Once he looked at the vehicle, he was able to quickly identify the likely issue. Even more impressive, he had the knowledge, experience, and parts inventory available to get us taken care of right there. Within about two hours, he had my family and me fixed up and back on the road. The pricing was more than fair, so much so that I felt compelled to leave a tip.
