This is a very busy travel stop. It is a little bit awkward with ingress and egress but if you are in a rig pay attention and pull around. If you were a traveling family, the sonic drive-through is fine. I was a little disappointed with the order process on the inside because the phone order system is not intuitive and in addition to that, it didn't function as designed. Our of three woman's bathroom stalls, only one was available to work. One, the handicapped one, was out of order, the other was gross and the third was the only one we could use and there ended up being a line for it which is also gross. We did get a kick out of the sonic phones and cowboy statue. We also did not see the baby changing table. Either they don't have it or it's in the out of order toilet which was locked. Clean stop, very small women's bathroom compared to most Loves stops, only 2 stalls and a handicapped stall, but worked. Friendly staff when we walked in. The Sonic next door was neat, you had to press a button and use an old telephone to order. Ordered a slush and some mozzarella sticks, took about 10 minutes with only a few other people sitting down. There was a hose running across the sidewalk and myself, and all of my family tripped over it as well as other customers. Just in a werid area. Other than that, it was nice. read more

Hey, the light's not on so do I really need to stop? This store was almost perfect with a clean pump area, inexpensive fuel, a selection of coffee options, coolers of cold drinks and several racks of salty/sweet snacks. There is also a Godfather's Pizza and a Subway. Sadly, the receipt printer did not work and so I had to go inside. As such, four stars. Stopped by this location twice. I've never even heard of Memphis Texas. Went in about 11 something last night. the lady with the curly hair and glasses, and the blonde younger lady in the subway area, were very professional and friendly. The store was so clean and the atmosphere was so inviting. Stopped this morning and the older lady with glasses, the dark haired lady at the register, as well as the lady that handed my husband his receipt for #18, represented the company very well and professional. Sorry I didn't get names but their faces, I'll never forget! Unsure if this is the saying of the store, but all said safe travels or be safe out there. I think this store should be the model LOVES and could train current and future employees on how to treat PEOPLE as a whole. You never know how or who you may touch. Blessings read more

Nasty, gross disgusting bathrooms...and I watched a Sonic employee leave for her food prep station without washing her hands.

With employees like this... I was not impressed with the employees staffing the front desk. The male and female employee were too busy talking to each other to realize that the soft drink dispenser for Dr Pepper was just putting out water. I tried to address this with the female employee, who was maybe 15 feet from the aforementioned dispenser, and she kept her face turned towards the male employee, soundly ignored me and continued talking to the male employee. read more

Very frustrated with love's today. I've been to three different locations. First two had sweet tea but no unsweet tea. This location has no tea made whatsoever. It was filthy inside and out, and the employees at the counter were too busy socializing with each other to bother keeping basic supplies stocked. Worst Loves truck stop we have been to in our many 16 hour road trips this year and I'm a fan of Loves, but not this one! Small bathrooms, not very clean or nice and a fuel pump overflowed and didn't shut off. This is the only store that has done this during our long trip and many fuel stops. One pump was broke so I moved to the next one that overflowed and has no paper for a receipt. No napkins in the coffee area just overall this store is not a great option. So it's a typical gas station, but most Love's locations always seem to have really clean facilities. That extra star goes a long way, and here's why. That is really important to a guy that has little kids trying to learn to reach the toilets and inevitably having to sit them down on the seats for some reason or another. Nothing is grosser and more nerve racking to a parent than having to race down the road, pull up to a station, unbuckle, perform a track star sprint with a kid in your arms from the truck to the bathroom only to have to pause and clean up a stall for a toddler screaming about "Hurry Hurry! Pee Pee and poo poo is coming out!" Thank you so much for keeping the place clean. Really, thank you. Oddly enough, they also have some pretty good hot gas station food. read more

I just stopped to buy a couple of lottery tickets and the cashier accidentally scanned numbers I picked twice there was a long line of people behind me waiting to be helped with purchases she was 3ft away from the cashier who asked for her help she blatantly ignored him so I asked for her help and she expressed very rudely how she was making sandwiches refusing to answer a simple question. I asked her name and she readily answered then in the most condescending voice she could convey that she was Marsha Montoya store number 247 with undertones made clear tone that she was untouchable. I feel racially discriminated against and publicly humiliated because she made it a point to help a white lady standing behind the person she was too occupied with to answer a question I will file a racial discrimination complaint because I my dear am not the one. Nice smaller Lowes stop. Right off the road. Several gas lines as well as food and subs inside. A Sonic is attached so there are spots outside to order, or you can order the sonic inside the lowes and eat inside. Bathrooms are on the smaller side. Not a lot of room with from parking and the gas lines, recommend parking on the side. read more

Way too small. Only two showers. Little slow, not much selection in the store. There is a loves sub shop and a sonic if you're willing to eat at either of those eateries. The parking lot is filed with sizeable put holes. And you don't want to park in the last spot as they put the grease trap right "in" the space. read more
