Chester Chicken and Godfather Pizza. Not my favorite chicken, but I do like their potato wedges. They are open 24/7 so that is good. After 10pm, everything is cooked to order so freshness can't be beat. I was very excited to try Godfather's pizza. We ordered a large 1/2 all meat combo and 1/2 plain cheese to share. They have two sizes, 14" large and 6" mini. They had no problem building my special order and it was done in about 15 minutes. The crust is a little thicker than "New York"style, but not as thick as a traditional pan pizza. I think the cheese may possibly be oh so slightly too salty, but, it also may be that time of the month when I am hyper-sensitive to sodium... All in all...solid pizza. While we prefer Pizza Hut or Dominos, (or even Flying J) this is a nice change of pace from the McDonald's/Subway rut. read more

If you're hungry, wait for Amarillo - but great for fuel and showers This Loves dining area has potential but is sorely lacking in managerial oversight. Disgusting tables and floors for the restaurant area and they're not even busy or handling a high volume. Personnel for Godfathers, Subway and Chesters hide in the back when it's quiet, the filth we saw was there when we arrived and there when we left - this has been our experience the last 4-5 times. I typically write positive reviews, I hate to do this but it's necessary. Showers are clean, nice and fuel desk is efficient, friendly staff there. read more

This location is very similar to other Love's stores: convenient and well-stocked. It's about as clean as any other gas station, which is moderately clean. I noticed something interesting going into the bathroom; there was a Love's employee in front of me and he hit the green cleanliness button (basically an on-site survey method) without even looking in the bathroom. Is this company policy to boost survey results or did this guy just take it upon himself to help his company out. Either way it was indicative of a company who cares more about numbers than actual cleanliness and customer service. read more

We went for a quick stop. There was a Subway, Chesters, and Pizza place connected to the gas station. If you want to eat at the stop you have options. Inside there was a good amount of snacks. In addition they had fruit, hotdogs, and coffee. The women's bathroom had toilet paper on the ground so not the cleanest. It was a pretty average experience but it does the job. read more

No mask enforcement. About 25% of adult males customers did not use a mask and staff and management did not enforce the sign on the door that requires mask to enter. I will not be stopping at anymore Love's Truck stops on my trip or in 2021 when I travel or vacation. They show no concern for employee or customers health and safety. read more

On my long road trips I always mark a loves gas station as my rest area because they are always conveniently located off the interstate. Plus they keep their bathrooms clean. That's a must. read more

They have a small dog area. Love that they have a nice fenced area for them to run while getting gas.

Disgusting!! The subway was horrible. No clean tables. Food tasted nasty and bathrooms were GROSS!

The travel stop was exactly what you get at Loves, the Chesters chicken is pretty awful. The fried chicken was wet, the ranch was warm, the potato wedges were basically a potato with some chicken flavored breading on them, and the ketchup packets from the gas station were mysteriously sticky... honey maybe... I don't know. I'm just hoping to make the next four hours of my drive before the inevitable nausea hits me from this experience. read more

Clean bathrooms. There are showers here as well. The manager when we came in apparently hurt his head on something. I pray that he will be okay. He kindly just smiled and said hes okay. Thank you for accomadating me with my father in the mens restroom. A lot of snack deals. And cute kids biker jackets and etc. read more

On the road I like to stop at Love's but at this particular location I did not feel welcome at all. I stopped in back near the building to see if my son wanted to be let off to use the amenities here. That way he wouldn't have to cross the parking lot with a bunch of traffic entering and exiting at the time. Truck is still running, I wasn't planning to park where I was and next thing I know an older gentleman is banging on my side yelling I can't park here. I explain to him what I was doing and all I get is a glare. Appreciate the hospitality shown, sir. I get your doing your job and it's not easy out in the heat but respect and understanding go a long way. read more
