Danny immediately drove out to inspect my son's truck and followed him back to the shop to diagnose the problem. He identified a bad stem valve, but couldn't repair it that evening due to it being Sunday. Despite spending almost an hour helping my son, Danny refused to charge anything. When I insisted on paying a service fee, he simply said "That's not how I run my shop. I didn't fix anything." This kind of honesty and customer service is incredibly rare these days. Danny went out of his way to help a stranded motorist on a Sunday night, and showed true integrity by not charging for time he absolutely could have billed for. If you're looking for an auto service you can trust in the Claude area, Danny's is the place. Thank you, Danny, for taking care of my son and restoring my faith that there are still honest mechanics out there!
