The bay was tidy and the controls were the usual dial for different types of mix into the water or to use the brush. I put a $5 into the change machine and received the appropriate amount of quarters in return. After inserting the minimum fee into the machine, the water started and I added a couple more. Just the "rinse" wash today because the entire front of my car is covered in dead grasshoppers from the country road drive through McLean and Lefors. Well, today my truck was especially dirty so I decided to give it a try. Wow, glad I did! Unlike the chain truck washes such as Blue Beacon (which btw do a decent job if they're not rushed) these guys here are very detailed oriented. They paid close attention to the little things like the mirror brackets, backs of the mudflaps, etc. they spent over 45 minutes on my truck. If Blue Beacon isn't busy, you'll be lucky if they spend 15 minutes on your truck. Granted, they usually have 3-4 guys washing your truck but they never do quite as good a job as I got at the Dumas truck wash today. The bottom line is that I'm very impressed, and I will be back! Bravo!
