Luckily, after some digging, they found that Flowers was open until midnight, and scheduled a tow truck to drop off there. Two hours later, however, the tow company still hadn't even started a trip out, and the number provided for them simply went to a voicemail that was misconfigured. I called Flowers directly instead, hoping to just confirm that they were in fact open until midnight (which was quickly approaching), and that's where things turned around. Not only were they still open, but he said that he'd wait until we got there -- even if it was after midnight -- and to call him back if the tow company still wasn't en route and he'd make arrangements to come out instead. And he did exactly that, driving out and picking us up, dropping the rest of the family off at a hotel, mounting and balancing a replacement tire on the wheel, and then driving back out and installing the tire, getting me back on the road just before 2 AM. To top it off, he did all this with the focus on getting the problem fixed before worrying about how he was going to get paid. If that's not the definition of excellent service, I don't know what is.

The only positive thing I have to say is that they have good soap, but good luck getting it off.

The one man, understandably couldn't reach very much of the hood but also didn't even bother to try to do anything to the sides!!! The other one could reach the hood but didn't bother to help the other guy out!!
