Outstanding service!! My truck broke down outside of town at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon as I was passing through. Mike came out and towed my truck back to his shop. Mike then went out of his way and took us to a hotel to stay for the night. He called me the next morning after he fixed my truck and came and picked us up at the hotel and took us back to his shop to get my truck. All of this was on his day off! When I broke down on Cedar awhile back I had a referral from a customer at an oil change place to call Hop's. He gave me Hop's number straight from his cell phone. I called Hop's and 2 from the Hop's team came to get me, towed my car to their shop and dropped me off where I needed to be--no charge. I mentioned to Mike that I had just had a water pump replaced along with some other general maintenance work at the Honda in NOLA before I came to Borger. Mike took pictures and took it upon himself to contact Honda as he felt their work (negligence?) was directly related to my recent break down. We waited awhile for Honda's response. Finally, I got a firm resounding, "NO" from Honda and asked Hop's to go ahead with the work. As they are fairly busy, I didn't expect to see my car until near the end of the week. I also expected the bill to be around $1000.00. I was surprised later that day to get a call from Mike. He said, "You're car is ready." I said, "What?" He said, "You're car is ready. It's about $530.00. Merry Christmas!" I am sure what happened next surprised both of us. I immediately dissolved into a bucket of tears and cried so hard I couldn't talk....
