I've been using Thomas Automotive for several years now. As an example I recently took my car in…read morebecause the check engine light came on and it was running really bad. Checking the error codes myself had me worried that it was something major. Thomas's tech found the number 2 coil had come unplugged. The coil is under part of the intake manifold and most shops would of taken this manifold off in order to get to the coil and would have charged me for the labor in the process. Somehow the Thomas tech found a way to reach under the manifold with a tool or something to secure the power plug to the coil. By doing this they probably saved me 2 hours of labor costs. Instead I think I just paid for the diagnostic. I've had a brake check done where all they had to do was clean the excessive brake dust up and everything was fine. Honest and affordable repairs done right.

Very unprofessional! I called Hop's and 2 from the Hop's team came to get me, towed my car to their shop and dropped me off where I needed to be--no charge. I mentioned to Mike that I had just had a water pump replaced along with some other general maintenance work at the Honda in NOLA before I came to Borger. Mike took pictures and took it upon himself to contact Honda as he felt their work (negligence?) was directly related to my recent break down. We waited awhile for Honda's response. Finally, I got a firm resounding, "NO" from Honda and asked Hop's to go ahead with the work. As they are fairly busy, I didn't expect to see my car until near the end of the week. I also expected the bill to be around $1000.00. I was surprised later that day to get a call from Mike. He said, "You're car is ready." I said, "What?" He said, "You're car is ready. It's about $530.00. Merry Christmas!" I am sure what happened next surprised both of us. I immediately dissolved into a bucket of tears and cried so hard I couldn't talk....
