My family and I were on a very hot, stressful and emotional roadtrip from Nashville out to California to make it out for a family member's funeral. Our first stop was Amarillo, and right when we pulled into get something to eat, I saw some fluid leaking from under the front part of the van and steam coming out of the grill. We come to find out that it's a leak in our radiator and that we will definitely need a replacement. It was the middle of June, super hot out and it was Father's Day weekend after 5:30pm, which means NOTHING was open. At a nearby Autozone, I inquired about any shops still open, and they said that they know of one called Flowers Service Center that's open until 12 midnight. So, I drop my wife and kids off at a hotel to cool off and settle in for the night, and then I drove our van to their shop. Right away, the owner Lyndall greeted me, super nice and already had a replacement radiator lined up for us. I believe it was his wife that dropped me back off at our hotel around 11:30pm-ish, and informed us that they would notify me via cell when they were done. So, I get a call at 2am on my cell, informing me that they're not only done with the repair, they're on their way to drop off our van at our hotel. When they got there, I paid for the repair via Square Cash on their iPad, thanked them profusely, and they were on their way. My wife and I were so impressed with the level of professionalism, and geniuine care that they had for us, their customer. We felt taken care of, especially during a such a stressful trip when we thought there was nothing open, and we were screwed. Thank God for Flowers Service Center.
