Throughout these few months, there was little to NO communication about what was happening with the car, what parts needed to be fixed and ordered, any sort of timeline, and what it would cost. Anytime we called the shop, texted the mechanic, or even visited the shop, no one was there or would answer. It became very sketchy and frustrating. Once we finally got law enforcement involved, they gave us a pick up time... just to get there and find out the subwoofer was stolen... they claim it was never there in the first place ( we have pictures, text/phone logs and receipts to back all of this up...) would NOT recommend and extremely disappointed in how all of this was handled...

My car stalled on the road and I was flooded and could not get help until several hours after the incident. Eventually I had to get my car towed to my place but I was without a car. At the time, I had no major obligations that required me to get around but nonetheless, I was without a car for a while. I was fortunate that my insurance company was able to recommend this place for repairs. I ended up having to have me entire battery replaced,la and behold, they even found a better one for me. If you need car problems solved, look no further! This is your place to go! Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the price was fitting. I definitely got the service and the value of my time and theirs all throughout this process! Highly suggest giving them a call if your car needs some work done. And don't drive during an Amarillo flood storm! Unless if you want to bring this place extra business! :-D

This morning I did a bad review of Kroozers due to a huge mis-communications. I can't figure out…read morehow to get to my review and delete it, but that's just what needs to happen. The staff at Kroozers called me at home just to fix the problem and they went above and beyond to fix my car problem and how unhappy I was with the business. This showed me they truly care about their customers and I regret writing them a bad review. I realize that EVERY business is going to mess up from time to time. It's how they handle those mess ups that show the true character of the business. You would do well to use them to fix your cars problems and know they will treat you right even if the mess up at first. This auto repair shop is now back on the top of my list!

In short: Very welcoming, friendly, accommodating staff, has…read morecomfortable facility for waiting, quick to finish work, very reasonable prices The story: My sister, myself and my two cats were on a roadtrip from Los Angeles to Michigan, and on Day 2 we arrived in Amarillo, TX for lunch. After we hopped back in our car, the check engine light came on, and my Ford Focus (2004 SE, 2.3L) was shuddering/jerking very strongly in idle and in drive. Fortunately, I've had this problem already occur in the past year -- so I knew that a different one of my cylinders was misfiring, and that I specifically needed another new ignition coil (I had paid $600 for parts+labor in West Los Angeles). I called a few auto shops within a mile radius. One said they were heavily backed up with other customers. One said they were booked for the rest of the week. Top Gun said they could look at the car immediately, and could definitely replace the ignition coil within an hour and for ~$300 if that was indeed the problem, so I rolled in. They let me sit with my two cats (in carriers) in the waiting room while they ran diagnostics. Came back maybe 15 minutes later, and told me I was right about the ignition coil. 45 minutes later, the job was done for $300, half the price I paid the first time in LA for a different coil, and we were back on the road for our adventure! I'm extremely grateful that we found them. Great service quality, price and speediness, and a very trustworthy, accommodating and friendly staff. I'd recommend any friend to their facility. Thank you again, Top Gun! :)
