Throughout these few months, there was little to NO communication about what was happening with the car, what parts needed to be fixed and ordered, any sort of timeline, and what it would cost. Anytime we called the shop, texted the mechanic, or even visited the shop, no one was there or would answer. It became very sketchy and frustrating. Once we finally got law enforcement involved, they gave us a pick up time... just to get there and find out the subwoofer was stolen... they claim it was never there in the first place ( we have pictures, text/phone logs and receipts to back all of this up...) would NOT recommend and extremely disappointed in how all of this was handled...

Recently he worked on my 2012 Ford F150 Since I had an extended warranty; Marc Went to work and fixed what Street Volkswagen could not fix after 4 times in their shop. Mark worked hard to get the work done as quickly as possible he let me know what the warranty would not cover so I could make a plan to pay the rest. I also found out that previous work Supposedly done by the afore-mentioned dealership never happened. Like when I bout the vehicle the dealership supposedly replaced a water pump and replaced the spark plugs. The plugs were the original from when the truck was new as per the black dots on all Ford F150 original spark plugs. Needless to say, I will never take a vehicle back to Street Volkswagen for work. The Dealership also was supposed to fix an issue with the Flywheel and Starter which is now starting to act the same way before I took it to the dealership. So I would pretty certain it was not fixed properly the first time. What I am saying is Marc Bullard will fix you vehicle properly!!!!!

After we hopped back in our car, the check engine light came on, and my Ford Focus (2004 SE, 2.3L) was shuddering/jerking very strongly in idle and in drive. Fortunately, I've had this problem already occur in the past year -- so I knew that a different one of my cylinders was misfiring, and that I specifically needed another new ignition coil (I had paid $600 for parts+labor in West Los Angeles). I called a few auto shops within a mile radius. One said they were heavily backed up with other customers. One said they were booked for the rest of the week. Top Gun said they could look at the car immediately, and could definitely replace the ignition coil within an hour and for ~$300 if that was indeed the problem, so I rolled in. They let me sit with my two cats (in carriers) in the waiting room while they ran diagnostics. Came back maybe 15 minutes later, and told me I was right about the ignition coil. 45 minutes later, the job was done for $300, half the price I paid the first time in LA for a different coil, and we were back on the road for our adventure! I'm extremely grateful that we found them. Great service quality, price and speediness, and a very trustworthy, accommodating and friendly staff. I'd recommend any friend to their facility.
