Poor customer service and deceptive. When my Dallas based work truck needed an alternator I called…read morethem for a quote and to confirm they COULD complete job in the same day , This is very important because I had a 2 man crew sitting on the clock for the entire time of this ordeal. He gave me a ballpark price and told me if all I needed was the alternator he could do it no problem. He calls me with an estimate that was DOUBLE what he quoted. DOUBLE sucks but oh well stuff happens....... I was willing to pay to get my crew to the next job site and get them home for Mothers Day. Then he tells me he cant get it done today (Saturday) it wouldn't be until Monday. I reminded him of him assuring me if all it needed was an alternator (which it did) it would be done. he said oh well and starting making excuses. If he would have put half the time he spent telling me what he couldn't do into actually doing it, this would be a positive comment about how he took care of me. Out of towners beware.... DOUBLED the price and COULDNT do it. PS..... had to pay them $300 for wasting my time , My crew drove across street to Firestone and they had them back on the road in an hour with a new alternator for $400.00 less than I was quoted by Patrick Goodyear..............AVOID THEM

I left my cell number in the drop box at one stop. I received a call that next morning explaining what was wrong. We drove over and we met Tod Tisdale. He assured me it would be taken care of and made us feel at ease. He even recommended a place to sight see. It was one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen. When we returned, the rv was completed and better then ever. Tod and one stop took care of serious business. If life throws you a mechanical curve, stop at one stop. It will be fixed. Ask for Tod. Maybe he'll tell a story or two. There gooduns!! Sincerely, Greg and Cindy

This just needs to be said! FIRST AND FORMOST....STEER…read moreCLEAR FROM THIS BUSINESS!! This establishment is owned by a very mean, rude, ill mannered, harshly behaviored man. My Brother and poor Sis -n-Law had a break down right before you get into Amarillo. Rolled into a LOVES Truck shop and they made a phone call to a shop who he said would help them. A guy named Todd showed up and they followed him to his shop where they met the meanest and rudest shop owner they've ever encountered! At first he wasn't going to help them at all and then finally gave in and "allowed" them to lock their loaded down truck ( but first my brother had to argue with the guy that he wasn't about to unload his truck ) in their shop overnight until their mechanic could take a look at it the next morning. I think his name is Todd. They were then taken to a Motel 6 and CHARGED $10.oo trip charge for taking them there to stay overnight! OMGosh!!! Nice huh. My poor family. Stuck in the middle of "DELIVERANCE" (movie...google it ), town with their truck being held hostage with limited funds and no idea when they'll be able to get back on the road again until the next morning. Next morning: no word...9am rolls around. They call to see if they have any updateds. Todd very rudly said don't call up there and talk to the owner, and to call back at 10:00 to give him time to look at the truck to give them a better idea at repair and estimate. 10:00 rolls around. No word.....Well, by this time my Sis was on the phone with me and together we hurredly found a reputable and SAFE auto repair service, who left immediatly and picked up my family at the motel, took them back to the garage from "RUDE PODUNKVILL" where their truck was stored, helped them get their truck towed out of there and to "his" auto service shop, dropped them off at a wonderful pizza place so they could eat a meal, then brought them back to his comfy waiting room with coffee to enjoy. My Sis mentioned Christian music was playing and that she and my brother were able to relax and destress from the previous shop at the nightmare on elm. SHAME ON YOU ONE STOP AUTO RV. You don't treat people like their an inconvience to your day. You're a "service" company. Look up that word in the dictionary. It will help you better treat people who are desperate. They don't need taken advantage of by rude and mean behaviored, ill mannered bozos.

Cummins Sales and Service - Two check engine lights on as soon as I showed up to pick up my bus

What a piece of $*%# this place is. My bus had issues with the regen and I figured I would bring it…read moreto Cummins since Cummins is a top rated dealer after all right? WRONG! I requested service and to inspect the bus to make sure everything checked out since I was heading to Phoenix, AZ. After stopping by and speaking with Laren the service advisor assigned to assist he reassured me he will take care of my problem. After wasting a day there I decided to catch a flight back to Phoenix and let them do what they need to do and do it correctly before I would hit the road again as I did not want to have any more breakdowns. After two weeks and over 7k spent I finally get word from Laren that my bus is ready to go. I book a flight back go start the bus only to find out there's now two check engine lights on. I went to service and right away they sent a tech plugged the bus OBD to see what reading they were getting to only tell me hey no big deal since we worked on your DOC, PDF filter and such we had to drain your radar so they forgot to put coolant in it. I'm like wtf how do you forget to put coolant in a radiator? But brushed it off since it was a minor mistake and got on the road. I drove about 100 miles and check engine light comes back again along with overhearing message. At that point I contacted the dealership again and said wtf did you guys do since you had my bus for over 2 weeks to only break down again? The manager Dave Gentry reached out and said take it to the nearest Cummins dealer and if it's something they screwed up they would take care of it. I'm annoyed but I said ok, I make it to Albuquerque, NM park the bus at Cummins get a hotel and the next morning I go in and spoke with service to try to figure out what the heck is going on. After waiting all day they finally tell me the work performed on the bus was done incorrectly; they used the wrong parts and also overfilled my radiator with coolant they had to drain 5 and half gallons of extra coolant from the radiator and now had to over night a part since it was not available locally. I said ok; got another hotel room took another Uber to and from the hotel but I said as long as it gets taken care of I'm good. Now; the bus has been at two different Cummins dealers. Dave took care of the bill and again I asked the Albuquerque location to look over everything to make sure it was all good because I did not want to break down again! They did and after getting the clear I was able to get back on the road. Now between NM and AZ my bus was overheating I called Dave again and said look I don't know what the hell is going on but something is not right with my bus and it's still overheating and having issues. He then tells me stop at the next dealer and have them check it out and we will go from there. It's now 3 dealers over 4 weeks in the shop to only get the BS from Dave that now they don't want to pay for damages caused by their service techs. The Phoenix location is telling me I have a coolant leak, bad radiator and few other things totally to $10,000! I told them to reach out to Dave and now that he see the damages caused by his service techs he wants to accept zero responsibility. Your shop drained the coolant they messed with my bus and user incorrect parts and caused me a great amount of stress and lost of revenue. I asked both shops to take a look at everything and let me know if they're anything else wrong so I could address it and now all of a sudden you try to say that it was something that was preexisting? But drove from Missouri to Amarillo, Tx and my bus didn't over heat and now it magically broke down after driving about 100 miles after it was in your shop for 2 weeks? I don't think so. You are a scumb@&, your team is dishonest, you rip people off and don't even do the job correctly after you were paid premium rates. Everyone that reads this stay the f%# away from Cummins Amarillo they are crooks and don't know what the hell they are doing.
