Involving and promoting other shops in your review while making accusations about our work is inappropriate and unfair, especially when those businesses were not part of the original transaction. Because of the tone and conduct in your messages, you will not be meeting with me or any of my staff on Monday or at any other time going forward. I will not tolerate being spoken to in the manner you have been addressing me. If you believe you have a warranty concern related to XPEL products, I am happy to refer you to another certified XPEL installer who can assist you with evaluating or processing any potential warranty claim. That would be the appropriate path moving forward. I wish you the best and hope you are able to resolve your concerns through another certified shop." keep in mind he's the one who contacted and showed up first . to multiple shops after I chose his competitor(s) haven't seen this man since 2024. Not even asking for free work or anything warranty related. After he did this whole act he must be called out especially as an adult business owner with a law degree like himself. My response; Michael Justis This response is exactly what I expected. Instead of addressing the workmanship concerns, you're choosing to label my feedback as malicious and shut down any opportunity to actually review the issues. What's inappropriate is refusing to stand behind your work when a customer raises legitimate concerns after spending around $7,500 on a full vehicle wrap and related services. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Your decision not to even look at the vehicle or discuss a resolution speaks for itself. I will continue addressing the issues with another certified installer as suggested. Take care.

A friend…read morerecommended him, and after diagnosing the issue, we decided to do a full GX-to-FJ transfer case conversion instead of just replacing the original transfer case. While the truck was apart, Alex performed a thorough inspection and pointed out a few other items that were worth addressing. We ended up installing new lower control arms, upgrading to a GX460 steering rack, Marlin Crawler cam tab subframe reinforcements and spindle gussets, and having him install suspension as well. As someone who's new to the 4x4 world, I really appreciated how communicative Alex was throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and gave honest recommendations based on how I actually plan to use the vehicle rather than trying to upsell unnecessary parts. The quality of the work and attention to detail were excellent, and I left feeling much more confident in both the build and my understanding of it. 10/10--I'd absolutely recommend SupremeFab to anyone looking for quality off-road fabrication, suspension work, or drivetrain upgrades.

Didn't want dark and was mainly looking for heat rejection. Saw the actual shades and didn't realize that what I was picturing in my head was not what I had asked about. Tim explained the shades (what I originally asked for vs what was displayed) and heat rejection % very well. Glad Tim cleared up my misconception. Very happy with the result. End up with 50% on sides and 35% on rear and it matches what I had pictured. Originally, I was asking for 70 on sides and 50 on rear, and after talking to Tim, realized I was way off.

Over the course of the two years I knew Vadym I brought about twelve cars to him for tinting whether they were my cars, family, or company cars. It was relatively convenient for me being that he was in the neighboring business complex so I could drop off my car and walk back to work. When Vadym relocated his business I still continued to bring my cars to him even though the convenience was gone, but I was still impressed with his quality of work. In May of this year he called me one evening and asked me if I had a car that he could use to train his employees with and after sending him a couple of options of cars that I wasnt driving we agreed on my 2002 Volkswagen Jetta. Vadym initially stated that he would only need the vehicle for training for about a week and that when he was done he would fully tint the entire vehicle for free. Leaving the vehicle with him wasn't an issue since I wasn't driving this car at the time. After I dropping off the car I followed up with him a week later and he claimed that he was super busy and wasn't able to work on it. This wasn't an issue for me at the time and I figured he can take his time and when it's done it's done. I travel practically every week for work so my time home is limited and I didn't worry to much about the car because I thought it was in good hands. Fast forward three months later to August and I still hadn't heard from Vadym about the car and I randomly get a text message from Vadym stating that I need to pickup the car because his property manager is upset that the car was left outside in the parking lot this whole time when he told me he would park it inside his building. Vadym reached out to me August 19th and at the time I was traveling to Seattle for with and I wouldn't be home till August 21st. I had asked him if the car was ready to be picked up and he wouldn't give me an answer and eventually told me it wasn't ready. At this point I'm thinking wow he's had the car for three months and can't tint five windows. I didn't pick up the car because he said it wasn't ready and I went on another work trip to San Diego. While on my trip I was informed by my sister that I had received a lien notice on the car. The car had been towed from his property and he never mentioned a word about it to me. Based off of the dispatch paperwork from the tow company it was towed prior to him telling me that it still wasn't ready for pickup. Since I was traveling I had to call upon my 64 year old father to go and retrieve the vehicle for me and pay $1400 to the towing company for storage and penalties. When I informed Vadym of the situation he acted surprised and assumed I had the car even tho he still possessed the keys. He made promises to take care of everything and pay the penalties, but when it came down to it he folded and claimed it wasn't his fault and refuses to pay for it. I say all this to hopefully spare anyone from being foolish enough to trust a man who conducts himself in this manner and encourage people to take their business elsewhere as I now have. This is a shady business run by a morally questionable sorry excuse of a man. I attached all the photos of what the car looks like now and the half assed work done by Vadym and his workers along with the messages between us. Hopefully someone learns from my mistakes and not trust this man or business with their vehicles.Just to give an update, after posting a review Vadym texted me. I thought maybe he was gonna rectify the situation like he said he would, but instead he threatened me with his lawyer for simply leaving a review. Please see the attached photos below with the messages and the condition of the car when I received it back.

Kyle and Victor are truly amazing people who go above and beyond to help others, especially those in need. Their business model is built on genuine care and integrity: they do their best to help every customer, and it shows. People are literally towing their cars from places like Fairfield and Vacaville because this team is so trusted, honest, and reliable. Word of mouth like that doesn't happen by accident! What stands out most is how patient and knowledgeable they are. They answer every question thoroughly, without any pushy overselling or unprofessional tactics. No sexism, no pressure--just straightforward, respectful help. Whether you're driving a luxury car or something more modest, they treat you exactly the same, with dignity and kindness. If you can't afford full service, they'll happily help you source parts and give solid DIY advice so you can handle it yourself. That's rare these days! They're incredibly responsive, quick replies, never lazy, and always eager to help. I especially appreciated how they pull all the cars inside for safety during closing hours. When we needed a rental car after our accident, they immediately connected us with the Enterprise location right down the street and made the setup easy. Plus, they even have attorneys who step in to make sure insurance companies pay out fairly when you're the claimant. That level of support took so much stress off our plate! From start to finish, every part of the communication and service was top-notch. If you're in the Sacramento area (or willing to travel), do yourself a favor and go here. Kyle, Victor, and the whole team--thank you for restoring not just cars, but faith in honest business. Highly, highly recommend! The first time I brought my car in to fix an engine light issue with my oxygen sensor on my Honda accord, he helped recommend a better brand and was honest and helpful. I now have brought my CX5 to him multiple times already for his expert opinion on different issues and for regular maintenance. He's always very responsive, easy to get a hold of, and willing to share his knowledge and expertise. Recently, I brought in a long list of items to be fixed from the dealership, and he was honest in what he thought needed to be done more urgently vs not, and his prices were also much more reasonable. He was kind enough to help me as well with replacing my car battery and windshield wipers. If you're looking for a trusted honest knowledgeable mechanic who is also very friendly and easy to chat with, Victor is your guy!
