Replaced the stolen catalytic converter on my rv. Factory cat discontinued. Provided exec order for replacement and name of referee to ensure smog testers didn't give me grief. Great pricing and fast service as well. read more

Very good experience here. Had failed smog due to a leak from my catalytic converter. I called ahead and was told to come on in for an inspection to find out what needs to be done, after work I drove right there and was able to pull in immediately. We found out that I could get my leak welded over instead of needing to buy a whole new cat and they did just that. (Quote for the cat + labor was nearely 500$ less than 2 other shops quoted anyway). The gentleman (can't remember his name, but cool guy) who worked on my car also fixed my exhaust leak(s), installed new gaskets, put on hangars that I hadn't gotten around to installing, and informed me that my engine mounts are going out (car is unnecessarily jerky). All of this was for a better price than the other shops I had called before hand. Quick service, informal interactions, and straightforward process. Def recommend. read more

I called to ask how much they charge for smog checks because when I searched smog check in yelp, this business was in the results. They were super nice and told me that they do not do smog checks but that they could recommend some local businesses who do. How nice for someone to take that extra step to offer to recommend someone. Very kind. read more

If you like being talked too like your annoying and wasting someone's time this is the place! I was trying to inquire about a simple repair on my catalytic converter and was immediately meet by a standoffish guy who basically told me to F off because they are too busy. Beyond me how they even have business taking to people like that. read more

Every great while you get to experience truly great customer service and superior craftsmanship in one place. This is the case with Mark at All Muffler. I had an annoying rattle in my Magnaflow exhaust that was driving me nuts! Mark was able to pinpoint the problem and fix it. It took a couple tries and some cutting and welding to get there but it is now perfect. I would give him a thousand stars if it I could! I highly recommend All Muffler! read more

Quick, reasonable price and great customer service. Best muffler experience I have had in my 40 yrs of owning cars! Highly recommend!

Mark Price at All Muffler Service deserves 10 stars! Last night, during the bad storms that have hit the Sacramento area, my car was damaged by something on the road. I did not see it, but I definitely heard the impact, and immediately my car started making the loud roar that suggests an issue with a muffler or other exhaust component. I called Mark around 8:30 this morning, and he told me to come right in. Immediately upon my arrival, he got the car up on his lift, and started looking for the damage. He saw a hole about the size of a quarter in one of the cat's. As he showed me, there was no damage beyond the part's outer metal casing, He then offered two approaches to fix it We could simply patch the hole, or I could drop over a thousand dollars to replace the damaged piece. He was pretty confident that the patch would be enough, and even offered to credit me for it, if this was insufficient and I needed to do the part replacement I gave him the go ahead to do the patch, and he went right to work. In less than an hour, he was done, and the car was running as quietly as ever. I should mention that this car is more than 20 years old, so less expensive repairs that solve problems makes a lot of sense. Mark knew just what to do, and he did it very promptly and properly. As always, he was also the nicest guy in the world. He makes his customers feel like friends. I highly recommend All Muffler - it is an excellent repair facility. read more

This shop is insane old skool cool. I feel blessed i found them. In todays world most places dont care about the customer. Feel safe getting your work done here. 10,000 stars AAAAAA+++ read more

My vehicle was rear-ended and Mark was more than willing to do an inspection and provide me with his assessment. Months later, I was finally able to get the repair done and Mark did it quickly and for a fair price. While I was in the office paying, he took a call from someone wanting a muffler to "pass smog". He kindly let them know that the muffler wouldn't impact smog and provided a bunch of useful information. It's hard to find good, ethical people and I would highly recommend Mark and All Muffler Service! read more

The catalytic converter on our RV was mysteriously sucked into another dimension and Mark helped facilitate the insurance claim process and got the work finished less than a day after the alien abduction of the converter. He's been working on and building cars for decades, and has earned a customer for life. read more

Got damn. The reviews prior are true! Don't waste your time with this guy. Seems like he prefers his "collision drops offs" more then any other business. I'm literally sitting in front of his shop now writing this now. I went in for a rear resonator delete. He looks, gives me a price says he can't do it today. I said ok when can you. He looks at his paperwork, gets confused about days and weeks and says tomorrow. I say ok, what time? He than goes into a rant about this is his shop and he tells his customers this and that. I said I'm trying to figure out my work schedule and he says hey if you don't want to do it than don't. I said the "reviews are right, you're shitty" and walked out. DONT GO! read more

Mark did a great job! Fair pricing and committed to getting it just right. I wanted the car to be less loud and he got it done.

All Muffler fabricated an exhaust and installed two mufflers on my 1965 Corvette Stingray. The owner, Mark, is great both as a person and a business owner. He is honest, knowledgeable, creative, hard working, and strives to please the customer. I can't say enough good things about my experience with him. The max of five stars on this rating does not do justice to the excellent service he provides. Wish more businessmen were like him! Thanks Mark read more

I had a mystery noise I thought was my Catalytic Converter breaking up inside. All Muffler determined that the cat was OK but thought it was a loose shield . They fixed that for $30 but the noise was still there. I brought the car back in and it turned out it was rocks in the engine rock guard. They forced me to take my $30 back since the shield wasn't the issue. It's so nice to find a shop with integrity! read more

Unprofessional, yelled at me for no reason, assumed he knew more than the manufacturer/dealer of the auto. Made stuff up because he didn't want to do the work. read more

What an awesome experience! Thinking I needed a new muffler I went in for a quote. Mark was amazing....after just a few minutes under my Jeep he told me that I did not need a new muffler and that he could fix the problem I was having in just 10 minutes. He quickly got to work and fixed my issue while I waited. I didn't even have an appointment! Great service like that can be difficult to find these days. It's nice to know that there are still good people out there that take pride in helping others. If you need any work on your exhaust system, this is the place to go! I'll definitely be going back for future needs. read more

I called Mark because of his high Yelp ratings. Told him my Prius' muffler must have blown. Overnight it went from silent to incredibly loud. He explained that thieves had stolen the catalytic converter. Fortunately, I had comprehensive on my insurance plan so it only cost $100. Called State Farm on Thursday. Their estimator approved it Friday and I had the car towed by AAA at 2:45pm. Mark had my car ready before noon on Saturday because I needed it back. He even installed a security system (welded rebar) to discourage a repeat occurrence. All Muffler - Mark - is AWESOME! read more

Definitely can see why he's received all the praise that he has. This is probably by far the best muffler shop I've been to. Ever. Went to a previous shop in the Bay Area, and had pretty bad work done. Definitely could tell they were just trying to finish the work as quickly as possible, without even trying. Here, however, he took the time to try and figure out a solution to my problem. Gave me some suggestions, and went to work on what we ended up deciding. Came out very nice. Would definitely recommend All Muffler Service. Fair pricing and great work. read more
