The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. They gave me some options and let me decide the way to go. They re-routed the line and restored my water in one day. As expected they had to cut into some walls to reroute the line, but they made the minimum amount of holes. On the second slab leak, which occurred 9 months later on a different line, the results were the same. They even remembered how my lines are run under my house, which really helped in deciding how to fix it. These are big jobs that require tremendous skill and plumbing knowledge, especially on a 2-story home. RWD Services is up to the task. They communicate with you through the entire job.
