He decided to negotiate down because I told him this other guy in the Bronx was interested and charging a more reasonable price. Zack came with a severe attitude and he was rude and disrespectful. He got mad because he tried to charge an illegal credit card fee when we discussed payment over the phone and he said nothing. Why would I pay him more when the other guy I had who had much better reviews was eager to do the job with a real warranty at a good price? Plus, he expected a tip for less than pleasing experience. He chose to argue and try to insult with wild insults than take accountability. Stay away. I shouldve taken the other guy. Zack did the job but I regret supporting someone with an attitude like his.

Crossland Management & Electric is frigging' amazing! Forgive this long overdue review but in the…read morespirit of netter late than never I offer you the following: As a small landlord finding the right people to do small to medium size home improvements or electrical jobs is nearly impossible. That is qualified people that know what they are doing and that are licensed. I'm not talking about day-laborers pretending to know contracting and assemble by the contractor section of the local Home Deposit or outside of a paint shop. I'm talking about licensed and professional contractors to do jobs too small for the home improvement companies. All I can say is that one small job gave me the confidence to have these chaps do more. From installing the over the range microwave to building permanent closet structures. My hardwired front door building call box with monitor didn't work. They fixed it. Quickly and with a reasonable price. I love accumulating miles and paying by credit card wasn't a problem, Fast, reasonable and professional, for what else can one ask?

Also, like one of the other reviewers, they responded right away and were very accommodating. I used this company again recently, for the same problem. Instead of the owner (the Master Electrician) his brother came with a helper. The helper was very good and assessed the issue and did things that should have been done during the first visit. So, I was happy until I got the bill and was charged the same fee, which I assumed was for a Master Electrician. The service that I recevied was good but did not warrant what I was charged. I think you are committing fraud and a disservice to your customers when you charge them the Master Electrician rate and a handyman knowledgeable about electrical work steps in your place.
