Simple snake job, quoted triple what I expected. Call the office and they knock money the price with a 30 minute time limit. The tech says he should finish in 15 minutes. So I let him do the job. Can't gain access to the pipe. Problem not getting fixed and we are at the 45 minute mark. They notice I have a leak in a pipe for the tub. Quote me a price for that. I figured it was total for the job to fix my tub. No, it is in addition to the first charge. At this point I don't trust them and tell them to forget it. I still have to pay the original amount that they quoted to fix my problem which they couldn't do. So now I am out a few hundred dollars for them to come and I have to now call someone else. I reach out to the office. Very rude! Well condescending is a better word. I explain that I did not receive a receipt. Instead of saying "I'm sorry, let me send it again", he says " well we sent it. We set up an appointment for early Monday morning and Niko was there promptly and even made arrangement to arrive earlier than we first agreed upon. Niko arrived on time, reviewed the current installation, provide a more than fair price for the job and once agreed upon, had the model water heater I requested with a service crew onsite within 30 minutes. The job was completed within a few hours and the water heater was fired up without issue. Their crew was professional and respectful and after only a few hours, we had a new water heater installed. They even corrected some faulty plumbing mistakes made by the last "plumber" that installed the prior water heater.
